Description

The unit is fully furnished with all crockery and linen. Bedding arrangements is 1 Queen size, 2 singles and 1 sofa bed. There is seating for eight at the dining table and beautiful leather lounges in the living room. There is TV/DVD /Cable TV facilties. On the roof, a heated spa(seating 6), outdoor furniture, a BBQ and privacy for sunbacking. The Marcoola Surf Club is adjacent, with local cafes and general store within walking distance. For carparking there is a single lockup garage. Also provided is bodyboards to catch the perfect wave, push bikes to ride on our 20 klm bikeway and free collection & return to Maroochy Airport. Available for use is a manual PT cruiser (extra $70 per day).

"We have stayed here twice now. You will not get a better deal in the area. The unit is a great size and the upstairs rooftop is fantastic. Phil & Debbie and are just so welcoming and very helpful. They have bikes, helmets, DVD's, books and some small amount of stock in the kitchen cupboards to help you along. Just be aware that you are on the flight path, the first time we stayed here it was a bit of a surprise, but really for the amount of flights, it is no big deal and obviously we have stayed there since. The unit is situated in a great little pocket out of the way and across from the beach. I would highly recommend staying here."

"We had a great time at Unit 13, it was just what we needed after a long hard year. Phil and Debbie had the unit looking beautiful with flowers and very nice furniture. We really enjoyed the spa and the BBQ was a must, as I did'nt have to cook as I don'nt know how to use a BBQ LOL. Thank you to Phil and Debbie for making our stay so easy and relaxing."

"We were really impressed by the apartment. It was clean, the furniture comfortable and the cooking utensils and linen of hight quality. There were also extra touches that made our stay more enjoyable including board games, a selection of dvd's and books and even bikes and helmets. There was milk in the fridge, tea, coffee and other staples in the pantry which also made things easier. Arranging the booking and payment was simple and hassle free. I paid a $200 deposit via direct deposit when we booked and paid the balance when Phil met us with the key. When we left our beach towels behind Phil contacted us to make arrangements to post them to us. I recommend Unit 13 Surf Club Apartments and we can't wait to go back!"
