The property is a three story house with a usable area inside of 270 m2, for 24 people. The plot of land measures 1.684 m2. The dwelling is placed in a peaceful area with excellent views, 350 m. above the sea level.
* Ground floor: Composed of 6 doubles rooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 independent kitchens (equipped each one of 2 fridges, stove with 4 burns, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, several cooking tools; dining room (with smartTV), covered balcony, with 2 laundries (each one with a washing machine, and an ironing board and an iron) and 2 terraces equipped with garden furniture and barbecue each one (one is covered).
* Second floor: This floor is divided in two independent stays. Stay (1) composed one of 3 double rooms; 2 bathrooms; leaving-room equipped with smartTV; and covered balcony. Stay (2) consisted of 3 double rooms; 2 complete bathrooms; leaving-room; and covered balcony.
* Third floor: The object is not part of the rent. It consisting of a storage room of the ownership. Access to this facility is not available to the tenant.
The house has central heating (available from November to April), free internet WiFi and 2 cradle.
* Swimming pool (5 x 10): fenced with secure access through door, for safety of children. Sun terrace with loungers.
* Garden around the house.

Delightful villa in pleasant area

Very clean. Well organised and equipped for 22 people. Lovely pool area, although lots of steps up and down! Secluded, private and generally quiet. Lots of space for cooking outside and eating together. Beds comfortable and plenty of bathrooms. We had a great time. 😊

Great villa, well looked after, friendly owner

We stayed at villa Pima for 1 week in August 2014 with a family group of 17 and had a wonderful stay. The villa is very clean, well looked after, the pool is clean, the tennis courts are great. The layout of the rooms is practical with four semi-independent parts all joining in a large dining room with a super long dining table for over twenty people, enabling both privacy and connectivity. The owner is very helpful, trustworthy and friendly. Only word of caution: the wifi is very slow and practically un-useable, don't count on it if you need to be connected! Otherwise, we would highly recommend villa Pima

Thank you very much for your kind comments. For me it is very important that my guests feel happy with the house and its facilities. Regarding the slow internet is because the high speed internet in the area (for all operators) is 1 mega. Hopefully soon expand the power of internet. Your group was great and I'll be happy that you return home to spend the summer at Villa Pima.

Excellent family holiday!

We had a lovely week! 22 of us, using all 3 apartments. The place was beautifully clean, the pool was great and we spent most our time there, the communal outside areas were great for BBQs in the evening. The owner was lovely and great at giving local recommendations. It was a short drive into lloret and local supermarkets. The view from the villa was lovely, so nice to watch the hills from our grassy area whilst enjoying a glass of wine. Would recommend it to others for a lovely family break. We enjoyed days out at marine land and the the aqua park on the beach and peddleows. All in all, a lovely holiday! Not far from Barcelona/girona.

Wat een fijne ruimte om met een grote groep te vertoeven. Genoeg slaapkamers en badkamers. Grote eetkamer, enorm buitenterrein en het heerlijke grote zwembad met zout water, vonden we geweldig.Voor verbetering vatbaar zijn wel de 2 kleine keukens (maar alles wat je nodig hebt is wel aanwezig) en helaas geen lekkere zitgelegenheid zoals een bank in de eetkamer beneden. Alles was zeer schoon en de buitenruimte ook goed onderhouden. Het zwembad werd om de paar dagen onderhouden.Marin, de host, is echt fantastisch! We hebben genoten.

Expectativas cumplidas

No es adecuada para gente con mobilidad reducida, porque hay muchas escaleras para acceder a la piscina y piso superior.El espacio de las cocinas es pequeño pero estan muy bien equipadas.Hemos estado muy muy bien y el.propietario es muy amable y siempre está a tu disposición para todo lo que necesites.Es muy recomendable para alquiler entero de la casa y poder disfrutar con amigos y familiares.

Logement agréable

Ionut est un propriétaire très avenant et présent si nécessaire. Pour 15 personnes le logement est spacieux et chacun a pu trouver son indépendance grâce aux nombreuses pièces. La grande salle à manger permet de déjeuner tous ensemble. L'extérieur et la piscine sont bien entretenus. Un bon séjour pour notre groupe d'amis.

10 minutes de Lloret de mar

Hôte très accueillant, réactif et très gentil. La maison était parfaite pour notre groupe ( amis famille et bébés). Beaucoup de marche pour aller à la piscine, il faut faire attention aux enfants. Il faut se garer devant la maison car la descente étant trop abrupte pour se garer à l intérieur. Maison propre, il manque une cafetière

Fantastique séjour !

Nous étions réunis en famille et avec ddes amis ! La villa est idéale pour ce type de séjour (nous fêtions l'anniversaire de mon mari). Elle est très propre très pratique et très grande. Marin le propriétaire est très gentil. Souvenirs mémorable pour nous !
