Sleeping Configuration
This property sleeps up to 4 people. It has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a double bed. There is a bathroom with shower and separate toilet and another shower in the laundry. The laundry is equipped with an automatic washing machine and electric dryer as well as a fold away ironing board and iron. There is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher as well as a family area near the kitchen. All linen and towels are supplied free of charge.The unit is fully air conditioned with split systems to the bedrooms and living area.

Standard Terms and Conditions of Novovilla Maroochydore
(For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions the terms "guest" "client" "tenant" are synonymous with the people who have agreed to pay for accommodation at Novovilla Maroochydore.)
Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.
Deposit (non-refundable see condition below) of 20% of total rate quoted or 1 day's rate whichever is the greater is required to secure the booking of all stays.
Minimum stay is for two (2) days.
Payments of the amount due must be received in Australian dollars net of any bank or other transaction charges.
Balance of the rental amount must be received in full on arrival.
If the client cancels the booking, money paid is not refundable unless the villa is re-let for the entire period of the booking. A cancellation fee of $30.00 will be deducted from the deposit paid if the villa is re-let for the entire period of the booking.
To maintain a high standard for our guests' comfort, we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate the goodwill and respect that most guests bring to our property, and to preserve this we state the following conditions:
1. Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated in the confirmation of the booking or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance. Bookings made with false or misleading information may be cancelled on arrival with no refund.
2. Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this will result in additional payments and/or termination of rental without any refund.
3. Novovilla is designed for short term holiday rentals. Bookings in excess of 2 weeks (14 days) incur a refundable 1 week's bond payable on arrival to cover possible extra cleaning charges or damages. Bond to be refunded after satisfactory final inspection at the end of the guests' tenure. Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and returning the property in the same condition as on their arrival.
4. Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants' responsibility during their stay. Compensation from the tenants will be required.
5. The property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-in time is 2pm on the day of arrival and check-out time is 10am on the day of departure, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.
6. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental without any refund.
7. Pets are not allowed.
8. Smoking inside the villa and prohibited drugs are not allowed.
9. Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant?s personal property. Items left behind will only be returned upon specific request. COD postage will apply.
10. Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
