New apartment in Mar de Pulpi at the foot of the pool and 50 meters from the beach.
It is located at phase 3 of the Mar de Pulpi complex (San Juan de Los Terreros).

The apartment has a kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, coffee machine ...
There are 2 bedrooms; the first with a double bed and a bathroom with a large shower; the second bedroom with 2 single beds. There is a second independent shower room. 2 WC. Laundry.
Living room, with sofa bed and TV with French channels + terrace overlooking pool.
Upstairs you find a huge terrace with an outdoor living room, a dining table, an outdoor kitchen and a barbecue.

The apartment has WIFI and all the comforts for a pleasant stay.

We provide bed sheets, bath towels and beach towels.

At 20 meters from the apartment is a supermarket, a few restaurants, a shop, a glacier, a bar ... Animations on weekends. At 50 meters, there is a beachside restaurant + sunbeds.

You have the possibility to enjoy two swimming pools supervised by a first-aid attendant, the first at the foot of the apartment with a paddling pool for children and two heated jacuzzis.
The second in front of the beach; a saltwater pool and a freshwater pool + paddling pool + 2 heated jacuzzis. In winter you can enjoy the hamman and sauna.

The complex is equipped with tennis courts, basketball, track and field. Possibility to rent bikes, kayak, paddle ... Fitness room.
Playground for children.
Many markets in cities, villages around. Entertainment in San Juan every summer evening.

Nice apartment

Apartment was spacious and clean. Pools were great. Location fairly quiet, village of San Juan de Terreros is a 30 min walk away, not 10 or 15 as stated in the ad. Couple of restaurants and a shop close by. Beach is man made, not great. Location fine for very young kids.

El apartamento, el complejo y su ubicación son excelentes. La cocina dispone de lavavajillas grande y dos tipos de cafeteras (una de cápsulas), lo cual no se especifica en la descripción, pero creo que son dos puntos muy favorables. A todo esto hay que añadirle los pequeños detalles de encontrar bebidas frías a la llegada y disponer de productos de limpieza (tanto como para el apartamento como para la ropa). En conjunto, la experiencia ha resultado inmejorable.

Apartamento, instalaciones de la urbanización, limpieza y entorno de 10. Lo único a lo que puedo poner una pega es que en ninguna de las dos piscinas dejan a los niños ser niños. El personal ("socorristas") que están allí son muy desagradables. Volveremos seguro.

Vacaciones en familia

Este alojamiento es perfecto para familia con niños, el ambiente es acogedor, las piscinas limpias. Tiene todo los servicios cercas y buenos, restaurantes, chiringuitos, supermercados y la playa. La playa (mar) no es de arena pero es limpio y va poca gente, hay otras playas de arena muy cercas del complejo. Espero regresar.

Appartement correspondant totalement à la description donné sur l'annonce, d'une propreté exemplaire, des commodités très agréable. Les propriétaires sont facilement joignable. Nous avons passé 15 jours de vacances avec nos trois enfants, dans un confort à l'attente de nos espérances, l'appartement est très bien équipé. La copropriété est très reposante, très calme, les personnels gérant le site sont très agréable. Je conseils cet appartement à tout les vacanciers voulant passer de bonne Vacance.

Vivienda espectacular

El piso está tal cual se ve en las fotos todo está de diez y lo recomiendo a los siguientes viajeros. La zona un encanto la playa justo al lado y las piscinas geniales. Los propietarios han estado siempre para cualquier duda.
