This stunning architecturally designed beach house is 100m from beautiful Rosedale Beach and is situated on 1.4 acres of bush garden adjacent to Saltwater Creek which is ideal for canoeing or swimming in.

The home is luxuriously comfortable with everything that you'd need for a South Coast getaway, including a fully equipped kitchen and open log fireplace for wintery evenings. The house is very secluded and fits into the pristine surroundings like most other residences in Rosedale.

Activities to be enjoyed are bushwalking, swimming, surfing, exploring, snorkelling, cricket or soccer on the large front lawn or simply a visit to the close-by towns of Mogo, Malua Bay, Broulee, Moruya or Batemans Bay for shopping.

"Hi Annie, Your house was perfect for two families. We loved the fact that there was no TV, it really calmed the kids down and the toys were wonderful. Given the premium price, we felt the kitchen needed a few more inclusions including some bake ware, a full compliment of crockery and some melamine for the kids (we scratched around a bit from meal to meal to find enough bowls and plates). Deepest apologies for the breakages. "
