Simply walk in, unpack your suitcase and decide whether to swim in the pool, kick a ball in the park directly behind the house or stroll to Manly beach or one of the other beautiful beaches, restaurants or cafes nearby.

Features include a gourmet kitchen with granite bench tops and european, stainless steel appliances, billiard room with large table, two living areas, home theatre with 50inch plasma screen, indoor and outdoor dining areas, huge 11m salt water swimming pool, Xbox (plus games) and childrens play equipment with direct access to private park behind.
The house also has underfloor heating (downstairs), air conditioning (upstairs), ceiling fans, alarm and intercom.
Baby cot, high chair, stair safety gate can also be provided.

The house - description

There are four large bedrooms (master with new king bed and ensuite), 2nd & 3rd bedrooms have queen beds and fourth bedroom has two more single beds. All bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space, lovely leafy outlooks and open onto a separate lounge/TV area with computer and highspeed broadband internet connection. A double bed sofa lounge can also be used if required.

The house is on three split levels and is large enough for two families to share or a small group of friends to enjoy. It is full of light and open plan with a tuscan feel and gorgeous mexican terracotta floors downstairs and woolen sisal carpet upstairs. There is a separate billiard room and also a home theatre (with selection of dvds, cd's and videos) where you can lie back on the huge leather lounge and enjoy your favourite movies on the 50" plasma screen with surround sound.

The downstairs living and dining areas feature 9 foot high ceilings and overlook the 11mtr solar heated, salt water swimming pool and private park behind. The sliding doors open out onto a leafy undercover outdoor entertaining area where you can relax with a book or enjoy a BBQ with friends and family whilst the kids play in the pool, on the monkey bar or in the timber tree house. To safeguard your children the pool is separated from this entertaining area by a new glass security pool fence.

There is also a laundry with washing machine, clothes dryer and outdoor clothes line in a separate north-facing courtyard. Linen is provided so all you have to do is unpack and then make yourself at home.

Location

Set in Sydney's northern beaches close to Sydney's major attractions the ParkView Manor sits on a large block amongst flowering trees and tropical plants overlooking the swimming pool and a private park. You will feel 'a million miles away' yet it is only a short stroll to some of Sydney's most popular attractions including Manly Beach, the beautiful harbour foreshore national parks and of course many cafes and nightlife. A short bus or ferry ride will bring you to Taronga Park Zoo, The Rocks, The Opera House, Darling Harbour, the Harbour Bridge, North Sydney and the city itself. The express bus into the city stops only 20m from the house so you can even combine work with pleasure!
There are also many activities nearby including tennis courts, golf courses, Manly Corso with weekend craft markets, Water Works, Oceanworld, shopping, surfing, kayaking, parasailing, hiking and more.
At the end of a busy day retreat back to your own private oasis.
