"Culburra Cottage"is a beautiful colonial style 4-bedroom house with views of Lake Wollumboola from every room.

The house has an open-plan layout, period style kitchen with modern fittings including Smeg oven and cooktop. The bathroom is well appointed and has a claw foot bath to add to its colonial charm.

The wide front verandah is a special feature of Culburra Cottage from which you can relax, dine, enjoy the lake and bush views and a cold drink as you watch the sunset.

Culburra Cottage is the perfect holiday home located on the shores of a beautiful lake, between two unspoilt golden sand beaches.

ABOUT CULBURRA COTTAGE

The house sleeps 9 people and has everything needed to make a comfortable & enjoyable holiday. Open-plan living-room has a CD-player, TV, AUSTAR, a DVD player and a VCR. The loft room includes another TV, DVD and VCR, and is air conditioned.

There are two queen-size beds, the third bedroom has a single bed, while the fourth has 2 bunk-beds (sleeping 4 people).

The Cottage contains quality furnishings and new appliances throughout. A 7.5kg new washing machine and dryer make dealing with the beach towels easy.

A cot & hi-chair are also available. Quality linen can be provided for a small surcharge. Towels are not provided and you are required to bring your own.

There is outdoor furniture in the big backyard as well as on the verandah from which you can cook up a feast on the 6 burner BBQ while you admire the lake and enjoy a cold drink ..... what more could you want?

THE ATTRACTIONS

The lake offers views as well as bush walking and water sports. If you prefer the beach then grab your towel and walk to either of Culburra's beautiful beaches. The kids will also love the park down the end of the street.

Activities include swimming , windsurfing, snorkelling, surfing and fishing. There are 3 golf courses nearby.

Great spots for fishing are Crookhaven river, Greenwell Point & Orient Point. Beach fishing can be enjoyed on both of Culburra's beaches.

The local attractions include Callala Beach (a 15-minute drive away) and Huskisson (30 minutes away). Towards Currarong, you'll find many more secluded white sandy beaches including gorgeous Honeymoon Bay. Fresh seafood is available at Greenwell Point.
