Description

Donna House is a great holiday accommodation which looks and feels like a family home and offers good value for money. It has three large bedrooms catering for six people. It has one queen bed and four single beds. However we can accommodate up to eight people due to a two extra folding beds. Also there is a large rumpus room under the house fully lockable with double garage. Rumpus room has a large glass door leading to an outdoor BBQ area with fully fenced swimming pool.
The house is fully contained and equipped with all amenities including kitchen utensils, clean bed linen, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, etc. The house is also air-conditioned.

This amazing house is situated at handy location close to M1 Pacific Highway, Ipswich Motorway and Gateway Motorway. It is really close to all major shopping centers on the Brisbane Southside. Its central position is so awesome that will equally take you to drive to Brisbane, Gold Coast, Ipswich, Mt Tambourine rainforest, Redland Bay and Sunshine Coast. It is also close major airports with Brisbane Airport 30 minutes away and Coolangatta Airport 45 minutes away.

Rochedale South is just 20 minutes from the Brisbane city centre and 35 minutes to the Surfers Paradise. Just 18km from the city centre, Rochedale South is a beautiful suburb with all necessary amenities nearby. It is within walking distance of public transport and shopping centers. The beautiful Daisy Hill Koala Reserve is only 3 minutes around the corner, and with all the major arterials linking Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast only minutes away, Rochedale South is the perfect base to explore the Southeast Corner of Queensland.
