Description

This fabulous, roomy 3 bed beach house is just 2 streets from the beach and minutes to great cafe's, great shopping and the famous Rye pier.

Downstairs there is a fully renovated brand new kitchen plus a dining area and living room and access to the sunroom with kids fuzball table and extra dining table.

The house has a great garden area, fully fenced and ideal for kids and dogs to run around. A 4 burner BBQ and outdoor table setting completes the picture of lazy days and great sunsets over the bay.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with queen size bed, one double room, a room with a triple bunk and double bunk (sleeps 5) and a great rumpus room with bay glimpses, TV, DVD player and a 2 person sofa bed

Location, location , location

Blue Water Villa is just 2 streets back from the beach and the famous Rye pier. You can easily walk to the shops, supermarket, summer fun fair and sandcastle display.

An ideal spot for a great summer holiday, pop over to the beach and then rinse off under the outdoor shower.

In winter cosy up to the Jetmaster fireplace with a glass of wine from the local wineries or a good book.

There is off street parking for 3 cars.

  • "This house is in a good location and it's big. However when we got there it was not ready for us; the cleaner was still working. When she left there was sand on the floor, cigarette butts all over the garden, dirty kitchen cupboards, disgusting bathroom cupboards and dirty linen in a blanket box in the lounge. The house is also run down and tatty. Then the owner had the nerve to say we left it dirty and deducted 3 hours cleaning from the bond! Do not waste your money!"

The shops and beach were so close and the walk was enjoyable, the house was spacious and made for a great place to relax. The beach was so close and made for a lovely walk. Restaurants and shops are so close by too. We had a lovely weekend touring the local wineries. Dealing with the owners was a pleasure. I would highly recommend Blue Water Villa."

  • "Had a wonderful week away with friends for our "Schoolies" week. Found the house to be the perfect size, perfect location - right near the beach, shops, restaurants and bus-stops. Only thing we find it lacked was mirrors (impossible not to notice with a house-full of girls), and instructions for appliances (i.e. stove and heater). Other than that we absolutely loved it, and would recommend it to others!"

  • "House is in a great location, easy walk to the pier, beach and shops. Jetmaster fire was beautiful to sit by at night (when we figured out how to use it). The backyard was very spacious and would be fantastic in summer. The toddlers loved the concrete area to ride their bikes and the dog loved the space. Beds were comfortable and plenty of hot water in bathroom. We did have a few small 'maintenance' issues during our stay, but am sure these will have since been rectified. A little more detail on the website would be useful: ie: structure of bedrooms & bathrooms, check in/out times, linen etc... I like to know all this before I book something, especially when going with another family. Some simple instructions for the fireplace and the oven would have been helpful too, though we did eventually figure it out. "

  • "We just had the best time at Blue Water Villa. Fantastic location, loads of room for all the kids, we had 3 families and there was plenty of room for the boys, the girls and the adults. Our kids could walk to everything independently, which was so lovely. Very accommodating owners, we really had the most relaxing time. So close to so many activities. Middle of Winter, couldn't think of a nicer place to be!!!! Thanks so much girls. We'll be back...for sure !!!"
