  • "Had a lovely short one night stay while on business in the area. Lorraine was very friendly and good company and had some interesting stories to tell. The highlight of the stay was eating the wonderful breakfast while watching all the wild birds especially the rare parrots drinking and bathing in the bird bath. I left Lamorna feeling spiritually revived, and would defiantly recommend a stay here."
    Gavin, December 2011

  • "We stayed 14 nights with Lorraine at Lamorna. It was a wonderful experience and just what we wanted as a home away from home. We enjoyed having a leisurely breakfast on the patio looking into the garden and watching the various birds come to visit. Lorraine is a wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable host and the accommodation is very clean and comfortable. The use of the lock up garage was appreciated. We are coming again. Kirby & Gai"

  • "It was the first time we had stayed in a B&B and we were both a bit nervous. We had no need to be! It was home away from home and Lorraine was a wonderful host, the house and surroundings were very comfortable, the breakfast was just the best and Lorraine was very accomodating in every way. Can't wait to go back to Bunbury!"
    Andrae and John, May 2010

  • "This was my husbands and mine first stay in a bed and breakfast and we really didn't know what to expect. Lorraine was very kind and welcoming and put us at ease. We loved the little touches like fresh fluffy towels and chocolates on the bed. I also enjoyed the rainwater to drink, it was lovely and refreshing. The bed was very comfy and the room was nicely decorated. We really enjoyed breakfast in the morning.. a fresh fruit platter, muesli and home made bread. We would definitely stay again. "
    Mallary, January 2010

  • "Very well kept, clean, comfortable home surpassed only by the warmth and generosity of our lovely hostess. We liked the convenience of the location, security of the car port, access to the kitchen, but it is the simple little touches like chocolates on the bed, freshly baked bread, fresh drinking water by the bed, soft cosy sheets and fluffy pillows that we loved."
    Joyce, July 2009

  • "A wonderfully presented house that's warm & welcoming. Lorraine is very hospitable & accomodating host. Great location, close to town center & a beautiful breakfast to send you on your way. "
    Affinee, April 2009

  • "Lamorna is a wonderful place to just unwind and get back "in touch" with one's self. Enjoy a wholesome and healthy breakfast in the glass-enclosed patio area. Your friendly host, Lorraine, spoils you with her own home-baked breads and home-made jams. The highlight of each morning is entertainment by beautiful local birds - pink gala's green parrots, pigeons, crested doves, etc. feeding in the garden and frolicking in the the bird bath. Being in Bunbury, Lamorna is very central for visitors to undertake day trips to popular surrounding tourist spots .. Margaret River,Ferguson Valley, Dunsborough, Busselton, Yallingup, Mandurah. "
