Bali Hai is located at the southern end of the Gold Coast - well located so you can still enjoy all the delights the Gold Coast has to offer without all the hustle and bustle and the never ending crowds that go with it.

Located less than 200m to a dog-friendly beach (leashed), Bali Hai has all the modern conveniences of any holiday house, is fully air conditioned, yet still has the old charms of the way holidays use to be in 1950\'s.
Locality
Bilinga is located at the southern end of the Gold Coast, between Tugun and Kirra. A 20 minute walk to Coolangatta to enjoy some of the best Gold Coast dining and entertainment. 10 mins to the North Kirra surf club.

Bilinga is still somewhat undeveloped compared to the rest of the Gold Coast so the beaches are still quite with uncrowded walking and bike tracks stretching for kilometres.

The Gold Coast airport is less than 5 minutes away for those who prefer to fly in - airport transfers available on request, and we have the bus route virtually at the front door.

Bilinga is located 30mins drive south of Surfers Paradise and 45mins north of Byron Bay - so you can explore the best of the best just a short distance away.

Bilinga is just 30mins from Mt Warning National Park for those of you who enjoy bushwalking and mountain climbing.

For those who are a little nocturnal, the famous Twin Towns Club is just 5 mins by the complimentary Town Towns bus, picking you up at the front door where you can enjoy the never ending choice of live music, poker machines and award winning restaurants.

Enjoy the world renowned \'Wintersun Rock and Roll Festival\' every June long weekend at Coolangatta - just 20mins walk away.
Property
Bali Hai is an original 1950\'s style holiday unit complex. It consists of 3 units-all pet friendly and fully aircondidionted. 2 x one bedroom units downstairs 1 x 3 bedroom unit taking up the whole top story.

Each unit has its own seperate fully fenced yard for our furry friends. Inside, this original beach shack has polished timber floor boards featured throughout with all the comforts of home. Original (yet modernised)fully equipped kitchen has all the conveniences yet the simplicity of the 50\'s.

Your own laundry with washing machine and private clothes line is available for your use. Dryer available also.

TV and DVD player are all supplied for your enjoyment.

Secure lockup garage is at the rear of the property.
