The apartment is located in the sunniest place of Tenerife. The climate is very mild, the place is serene and quiet. Here you will find everything Within walking distance. The sea is only a few meters and the beach is also within walking distance. Many excursions and hikes can be organized just fine from here. Even if they want to use their free time to read, the terrace offers a cozy squares and open sky. The furniture is high quality and the kitchen is well equipped. Ideal for cozy evenings with home-cooked and a good glass of wine to enjoy the mild climate on the terrace. Idaeal for a romantic getaway for two.

Super Aufenthalt

Tolle Unterkunft mit schönem Blick aufs Meer, super Lage. Wir haben nur angehme Menschen kennengelernt in dem beschaulichen, sonnigen Playa san Juan, alles hat gepasst.

Perfekte Lage

Kommunikation und Ein-/ Auschecken völlig problemlos. Perfekte Lage, sehr große Terrasse. Das Appartment ist nicht neu, war aber sehr sauber. Küche funktional und alles vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Super Terrasse, tolle Lage am Stadtrand

Erholsamer Aufenthalt in einem schnuckeligen Dorf was alles zu bieten hat was man so braucht. Supermarkt 5 Gehminuten, ebenso ins Dorf, 10 Minuten an den (etwas steinigen) schwarzen Sandstrand. Super leckere und günstige Restaurants, mitunter direkt vo der Haustüre am Eck!

Penthouse Studio with great outside space

The studio is in a good, quiet location with a view of the sea from the large outside area. The studio has good storage space, the bed was comfortable and we enjoyed staying there. We even got used to the climb of 69 steps - good exercise after a meal out! It would be even better if more attention was paid to maintenance. One of the light fittings in the bathroom didn't work, the lights under the kitchen cupboards didn't work either and one of them was hanging down. The cooker hood didn't work and was taped together. There was a poor selection of mugs and glasses. The most concerning feature is that when it rained (which it did several times during our stay) water came in through the roof and down the main light fitting. We collected several centimetres in the pan catching the drips. There was also a small rain leak in the bathroom.

Fantastic

What a fabulous apartment. The outside roof terrace is huge and gets the sun all day long. Comfy bed, lots of piping hot water, full size cooker, hair dryer, iron and board etc etc Don't bring to much as a supermarket is up the road selling nescafe ,shower gel etc etc etc . Everything you need is here, we didn't spend to much time inside as the beach and restaurants are only a short walk away. Lovely view and a nice local neighbourhood. Felt right at home here and don't want to go home :-) It is up 4 flights of stairs though but not a problem for us. Daniela the owner was great with her communication etc , we will definitely be back Playa San Juan is lovely, no disco's loud music or kiss me quick hats, a more grown up place with a great bar scene Easy to use the buses and see some more of the island as well

Comfortable and convenient

Negative - 68 steps. Poor lighting in kitchen area. No freezer compartment in fridge. Unsafe electrical socket on terrace. No air conditioning or fan. Positive - views to Teide and sea. Big and well furnished terrace - sunny all day, but good shade in 'outside room'. Close to all amenities and buses. 200m walk to 'paseo maritimo' and sea. Ample street parking. Big supermarket short drive away. Fairly spacious and stylish studio. We would stay here again.

The booked studio was occupied !!!

Upon arrival, the owner's daughter greeted us and told us that, due to a change in the flight schedule of other tenants, the studio we had booked was occupied. So instead of a " sunny romantic studio in the sun, on the roof, with a large terrace and sea view" we found ourselves on the ground floor of the same building in a large apartment (3 bedrooms but who cares...we were just a couple !), without charm, quite dark and with a terrace surrounded by 4 walls (no view at all). Despite our protests, the owners did not want to move the occupants of the studio we had booked. Instead, she offered to refund us (and let us quit), or move us to another apartment with sea view. This apartment proved to be old-fashioned, poorly equipped and very noisy (along a busy road, next to a noisy bar/restaurant). We thus decided to stay in the large apartment on the ground floor as we were unable not rapidly find another solution. In summary, I can hardly recommend a owner who moves her tenants as she pleases. So be aware there is a risk that you will not get the apartment you reserved. For the rest, our large (but far from romantic) ground-floor apartment was clean and well equipped. The owner quickly replaced a defective material and a missing iron.

Great studio living

Large top floor studio - plenty of space. Outside space almost twice the size of the studio with covered lounge area and dining table. Sun from first thing in the morning until sunset. Outstanding value for money (but lack of sitcom could be a problem on the summer). Will definitely return.
