Description

This property has full cooking facilities, bedding and towels are provided. It is an ideal place to stay for a relaxing holiday or families relocating and wanting to get a realistic feel of the place.

If you don't want to cook yourself there are plenty of restaurants a short drive away, or walk over to Joondalup resort and enjoy a drink and/or meal in beautiful lakeside surroundings.

If you do decide to stay in, have a barbecue in the outside eating area and enjoy listening to the wildlife, and maybe spot a kangaroo!

The property is only a 2 minute walk from the prestigious Joondalup Premier Golf Resort and Hotel, with coffee shop, bars and restaurants virtually on your doorstep, and only a short drive to many beautifully clean and wide sandy beaches. It is also right on the doorstep of the Sunset Tourist drive which meanders along the beautiful coastal areas, south to the famous Cottesloe and beyond.

The property can sleep up to 6 comfortably, it has a King size master bed ensuite with balcony overlooking the golf course, sit and enjoy breakfast with kangaroos and wildlife just outside the door, another bedroom has a Queen bed, a further bedroom has a single bed and another bedroom has a single bed with a double sofabed. The family bathroom is roomy with a utility room which has washer and drier. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, gas hob, microwave and dishwasher. The garden is fully reticulated. The lounge has DVD and Foxtel TV and lovely warm heating in the winter!
