Brynmawr is a magnificently renovated family house close to the Fairhaven Surf Club.The large furnished rear deck has fanastic views of the Split Point Light House. Together with ocean views, a gas and Weber BBQ provides the perfect outdoor atmosphere for your holiday.The family dog is also welcome at this pet friendly property.
Downstairs has open plan kitchen,dining and living areas with a cosy Coonara wood heater for winter months and a inverter air conditioner for the summer.There is also a second living area with a TV and queen sofa bed and access to to the front north facing deck surrounded by a native garden. One of the bedrooms downstairs has a king bed and the other downstairs bedroom has 2 single beds.The central downstairs bathroom has a bath, walk in shower, vanity and WC.
Upstairs is the ultra modern spacious master bedroom with king bed, ceiling fan and features a large picture window specially designed to take in the ocean views.The wet room ensuite features a double vanity, soaker bath, WC and screenless shower with rain showerhead.

Contempory styling. House sleeps up to 8 (upon request), with 2 bedrooms with king size beds, a 3rd room with 2 singles and the rumpus room has a queen size sofa bed.
The property has a Coonara wood heater, a inverter air conditioner and a rumpus room with a 2nd TV and DVD. The kitchen has NEFF appliances including induction cooktop, wall oven and dishwasher.
Close to National Park for picnics, walking and horse riding. Fenced yard for pet to take on long walks on the beach. Only 10 minutes walk to Fairhaven beach and a short 15 minute drive to beautiful Lorne for great hotels, shopping and restaurants. The parrots are regular visitors to the balcony and can be hand fed.
