Perfect place for couples

From start to finish our stay was wonderful. Tanya and Vangelis made us so welcome and the villa was perfect. There was everything we needed. The location could not be better.

Home from Home in Kalimari

We stayed in Kalimari for one week and had a wonderful time. Many thanks to Vangelis and Tanya for making us feel welcome and at home. The house offers everything as advertised, the next supermarket is in walking distance and the village is nice.

Host and location are perfect

We loved our stay here. The host is fantastic, very welcoming and there for anything you need. The location is very quiet but exactly what we wanted - few restaurant, close to the beach, but lovely and quiet. We loved the bbq and small pool. Kitchen is well equipped. Thank you! We will be back!

Our cozy house stay

We spent a week here and went out everyday sightseeing and to different beaches, with lots of walks! Kamilari has a nice feeling about it, very friendly locals, some great Tavernas and a very well stocked supermarket. Not forgetting The Blues bar for cocktails! Vangelis and Tanya are really lovely people and the house was perfect Tanya even made me a birthday cake for my 60th!!

A wonderful week

We had such a great time at the Cozy Houses. Everything was perfect and we felt very welcome. The house looks just like the pictures and it’s super comfortable. Vangelis was also really helpful and kind.There’s a small supermarket, some tavernas and bars just a short walk away. All in all, it’s a lovely little place where you instantly feel at home.We’d love to come back – thanks again!

Very Impressive

Vangelis was very hospitable, kind, very helpful and generous. Kamilari is a very charming village, with mountain spirit and very quiet. I personally recommend it and I will visit it again when I come back to Crete.

Gastfreundschaft steht hier an erster Stelle, wir wurden freundlich vom Vermieter Vangelis empfangen und er hat uns alles gezeigt, zur Ankunft stand frisches Obst, Wein und Raki für uns bereit. Die Ferienwohnung ist groß, sehr gepflegt und sauber, es ist alles vorhanden man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Die Ferienwohnung liegt ruhig.Wir möchten auf alle Fälle wieder kommen.

Wir haben zum zweiten Mal unseren Urlaub in Gina ˋs Cozy House verbracht. Es ist wirklich ein ruhiger Ort - wir haben uns bestens erholt und entspannt. Das Haus ist komfortabel, modern und mit allem ausgestattet was für einen Urlaub erforderlich ist. Vangelis ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Gerne in Zukunft wieder!

Schöne Ferienunterkunft in sehr guter Lage

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen in Kamilari verbracht. Die Lage der Fewo ist perfekt für Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung. Ein schöner Strand ist mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und immer für einen da. Insgesamt alles perfekt!

Wunderbare Unterkunft in den Bergen

Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut, und wir wurden herzlich empfangen von Vangelis und seiner Frau. Die beiden waren auch sehr zuvor komment während des Urlaubs und haben sich immer erkundigt ob alles okay ist wenn man sie getroffen hat. Wir wurden auch am grieschichen Nationalfeiertag eingeladen zum grillen und etwas trinken mit Familie und Freunden. Vangelis hatte uns bei der Ankunft schon ein paar Getränke in den Kühlschrank gestellt und eine frische Obstschale auf dem Esstisch gestellt. Bei der Abreise hatte er uns auch noch eine Flasche Raki und Öl geschenkt. Wenn wir noch einmal nach Kreta kommen werden wir auf jedenfall diese Unterkunft erneut buchen.

Sehr schöne Zeit in Kamilari

Wir haben 2 wunderschöne und entspannte Wochen in Vangelis Haus verbracht, uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sind von den Gastgebern herzlich empfangen worden. Alles war wie beschrieben. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder… We spent 2 wonderful and relaxed weeks in Vangeli's house, felt very comfortable and were warmly welcomed by the hosts. Everything was as described. Vacances en toute detente

Nous sommes arrivés très tard pourtant Vangelis était là pour nous accueillir. Il nous a tout expliqué nous a donné les infos nécessaires à notre séjour. Je conseille vraiment cet hébergement. Le propriétaire et sa femme sont d'une bienveillance exceptionnelle et vraiment aux petits soins pour leur locataire.

Wunderschöner Urlaub im Spätsommer

Mein Mann und ich waren eine Woche im Oktober in Vangelis toller Unterkunft. Das Haus ist super ordentlich und bestens ausgestattet. In der Küche gibt es alles, was man braucht. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der Außenbereich mit großer Terrasse und kleinem Pool. Vangelis Haus liegt in einem kleinem Dorf mit gemütlichen Tavernen, einem Supermarkt und Cafés, wo man abends etwas trinken kann. Vangelis ist ein super netter Gastgeber. Er hat uns einen Abend in eine Kneipe eingeladen und uns selbstgemachten Raki und Olivenöl geschenkt. Wir empfehlen ihn absolut weiter!

Ein wundervoller Urlaub in Kamilari

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub in Kamilari! Vangelis ist ein unglaublich zuvorkommender und sympathischer Vermieter und das Apartement ist genauso schön, wie es auf den Fotos rüberkommt. Kamilari ist ein sehr süßes kleines Bergdorf mit vielen tollen Tarvernen fußläufig. Wir empfehlen Vangelis und sein Apartment gerne weiter und werden bestimmt nochmal wiederkommen!

Eine Traumreise in Vangelis' Paradies

Wir wissen gar nicht, wo wir anfangen sollen... Zuerst ist zu erwähnen, dass es Vangelis, Tanja und deren Villa gelungen ist, dass wir nächstes Jahr, zum ersten Mal in unserem Leben, an dem selben Ort Urlaub machen werden. Die Villa ist wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen, ein absoluter Traum. Es war total sauber und der Wohlfühlfaktor begann schon mit dem ersten Fußtritt in die Wohnung. Es gab kleine Aufmerksamkeiten zu Beginn, wie auch am Ende des Aufenthaltes. Wir konnten von Beginn an spüren, mit welch Herzlichkeit diese Ferienwohnung geführt wird. Die gesamte Familie hat uns sofort signalisiert, dass wir herzlich Willkommen sind und das absolut authentisch. Wir wurden auf ein Dorffest eingeladen und konnten dort das wahre griechische Leben kennenlernen. Der Standort und die Lage Kamilaris ist für jeden perfekt, der sich ein bisschen vom Massentourismus abheben möchte. In diesem kleinen malerischen kretanischen Dorf gibt es alles, was man zum entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Wir könnten noch so viel erzählen aber diese wunderschöne und facettenreiche Insel, diese liebevollen Menschen und herzliche Familie hat uns sehr verzaubert. Wir sehen uns nächstes Jahr wieder. Vielen Dank für alles. Im übrigen passt der Kommentar einer Vorgängerin ( als Gast gekommen, als Freund gegangen) perfekt.

Ein Urlaub im kleinen Paradies

Vangelis und Tanja sind die besten Gastgeber die man sich wünschen kann. Komm als Gast und geh als Freund wird hier gelebt. Sollte auch nur eine Kleinigkeit sein, ist Vangelis 5 Minuten später da und richtet es sofort. Das Haus ist ein Traum und die Bilder geben 1:1 wider in welch tolles kleines Paradies man hier kommt. Man sollte Katzen mögen wenn man nach Kalimari reist. Auch wenn sie teils scheu sind, leben hier mehrere 100 Katzen die auch in den Tavernen willkommen sind. Ein Herz für Tiere vorausgesetzt kann man hier einen traumhaften Urlaub in einer der für uns schönsten Regionen erleben. Und dann noch bei Vangelis… perfekter kann ein Urlaub nicht sein! Danke für diese wunderschönen 14 Tage. Zum Ort ist zu sagen, dass es hier mehrere tolle Tavernen gibt. Unsere Lieblingstaverne ist das Acropolis. Auch hier kommt man als Gast und geht als Freund. Wir wurden verabschiedet, als würden wir uns seit Jahren kennen. Auf jeden Fall Pflicht ist ein Mietwagen. Aber hier im Dorf bekommt man wirklich alles was man braucht, wenn man einfach mal nur im Urlaub ausspannen und nichts sehen will. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder! Sonja und Carsten

See you soon in the "no stress area"!

We had a very, very pleasant stay at Vangelis' Cozy Houses. The owner, Vangelis, welcomed us at day one, providing us with some fruits, a bottle of wine, some water and even some Raki. Vangelis and his wife were always available in case of any questions and helped a lot to make it such a pleasant time with their tips and recommendations about the Kamilari area. We had some great time with these two relaxed, open minded and warm-hearted guys. The house has everything required for day-to-day use and even more. Very clean and in a modern style it is a perfect place to relax, especially the Jacuzzi, be it for a short refreshment or for enjoying the night sky with some glass of wine, Raki or whatever you would prefer. We enjoyed dinner at his brothers Taverna "Milonas" (highly recommended!) a couple of times, having Vangelis and two of his brothers making us feeling like part "of the family". All the people we met at Kamilari are very kind and friendly, we always fell welcomed. We will be back and are looking forward for a second "no stress time" (siga siga) at Vangelis Cozy Houses and to see Kamilari again!

Eine schöne Unterkunft mitten in Kamilari

Wir haben gut zwei Wochen in Vangelis Cozy House verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die gute Ausstattung und die Top-Lage mitten im kleinen Bergdorf Kamilari mit Fußläufigkeit zum Supermarkt und den urigen Tavernen fanden wir super. Ein Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung. Tolle sonnige Terrasse mit schattenspendendem Sonnenschirm, Außengrill, bequeme Terrassenmöbel und Sonnenliegen, Außendusche - alles da. Der kleine Pool ist erfrischend und bei Hitze Gold wert. Bei Ankunft standen Wasser, Bier, Raki und Obst bereit. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden ein mal gewechselt. Wir haben uns in die süßen Katzen, die uns täglich besucht haben, verliebt. Zum Abschied gab es leckeren Raki und tolles Olivenöl von Vangelis. Top-Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke, lieber Vangelis.

„no stress!“ - Super entspannter Rückzugsort

Das Apartement ist top ausgestattet und wir hatten dank Vangelis (Vermieter) eine tolle Zeit, obgleich anfangs das Klimasystem, sowie Stromnetzprobleme (ortsbedingt) vorhanden waren. Er hat sich um alles umgehend gekümmert und war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar. In der näheren Umgebung sind schöne traditionelle Tavernen und ein kleiner Supermarkt. Das Apartment ist aufgrund der Ausstattung und der Serviceleistung sehr zu empfehlen! Ein besonderes Highlight ist der kleine Pool und die Außendusche. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
