The lounge room is fitted out with a modern "22 LCD TV screen with a good selection of DVD's and VCR's. Not that you can take you eyes off the sensational sunsets, to watch the box! The lounge room has a sliding door to catch the cool sea breezes. However when it does become too much sun and sand there is also an air conditioner in the house. There is a laundry and a neat and clean bathroom. Undercover parking is provided and a fish cleaning area is a bonus. All that is missing is YOU!
