Tinglewood Cabins provides a luxury self contained retreat accommodation, tastefully decorated with 2 & 3 bedroom chalets - private and comfortable in the heart of the Walpole Wilderness.

10 minutes to the famous Tree Top Walk, 6 mins from the inlet and beaches. Enjoy the white sands of our beaches on the Southern Ocean, fish to your hearts content, hike the Bibulmum Track, explore the private forest trails or the wilderness and see an abundant of bird and plant life.

All this and more,or settle back on your verandah and enjoy the peace and tranquility, watch your kids at play, or enjoy a wine on your verandah while watching the kangaroos.

About our chalets

Our kitchens are fully equipped with gas hot plates, griller, oven, fridge/freezer and microwave. Each has its own bathroom , separate toilet and laundry for your convenience.
A slow combustion wood fire will keep you warm and cosy and there are plenty of extra blankets and doonas.
Verandahs back and front to enjoy just sitting soaking up the sunshine, reading a book, watching the birdlife, watching the kids at play, or even enjoying a glass of wine.
Tea and coffee facilities provided
Cot and high chair available on request.
Fantastic BBQ area situated by the kids swings.
A real home away from home without the hassles.

Things to do and see

Farm Activities - feed our hand reared sheep, shearing in January.
Wild life - enjoy our seeing kangaroos at dusk grazing in the pasture, laugh at the antics of our Kookaburra, Magpie, Blue Wren and Willy Wag Tail population.
Explore the beaches at Peaceful Bay (a safe well sheltered beach with swimming classes during summer) or Conspicuous Cliffs (a great surfing spot) and magnificent views from look outs.
Wonder at our Tingle Trees from the famous Tree Top Walk.
Walk or drive through our the National Parks, marvel at our waterfalls, fauna and wildflowers.
Hike the Bibbulmum Track, easy day stages or at night, transport provided.
Amaze at our potters, or wood carvers and artists.
Plus a short 45 mins away, thrill at the great lunches and wine tasting in the Denmark and Mr Barker area.
Tennis, golf and lawn bowling facilities all available.
