Karalilla is a small 45 acre property situated in the picturesque Ben Valley in North Eastern Victoria. Restored to its former glory the Victorian homestead was built in 1911 and offers 4 luxury rooms. Two double rooms are en-suited and one double room and one twin room share a private adjoining bathroom.

The homestead not only maintains the heritage structure but reveals numerous antiques and luxuries once you enter the doors.

Location

Located only 5km from the town of Yackandandah and 30km from Albury/Wodonga Karalilla is ideally located in North East Victoria. With access to the region by regional air services, rail and bus services from Melbourne and Sydney to nearby Albury/Wodonga or by car the options are endless once you arrive.

Enjoy easy day trips to locations such as historic Beechworth, Rutherglen, Bright, Albury/Wodonga, the Victorian snow fields or simply wander the streets of Yackandandah and get lost in the huge variety of bric-a-brac shops and cafes before embarking on an amazing underground gold mine tour.

Lake Hume is located 30km away and is a wonderful location in summer for swimming, fishing and water sports. There are many rivers and streams nearby which make ideal fishing or picnic locations.

Yackandandah hosts monthly Sunday markets and annual events such as the Yackandandah Folk Festival in March each year.
