Our home is ideal for families with children or two families. We welcome non-smokers!
This modern open plan property with TWO living areas and 4 bedrooms is ideal for families with children. The gourmet kitchen with Smeg appliances is fully equipped with all crockery, glasses, cutlery and pots and pans.
There are four bedrooms configured with 8 beds; one room/ twin king singles, one room/ twin bunks, one room/ double bed, and one room/ triple bunk bed and a single trundle bed.
There are 2 Bathrooms, 1 en-suite downstairs and 1 two way en-suite to upstairs bedrooms, and an additional downstairs toilet.
This easy care property with polished blackbutt floor-boards, reverse cycle air-conditioning for year round comfort to ensure you'll unwind in relaxed style. A Gas fire provides extra warmth in winter.
There is a double garage with remote controlled door and off street parking for 2 more cars.

So much to do..

Surfing at Shelly Beach just 2 minutes walk across the road. You can also enjoy a swim/surf at the famous sheltered beaches of Toowoon Bay, both patrolled in Summer. Close to Blue Bay and Bateau Bay which are not patrolled.

Golfing at famous Tuggerah Lakes Golf Club just across the road, the Club House has restaurants which provide excellent meals close at walking distance.

For the children:- Mingara social club has Mini golf putting course, swimming pools, and a new play centre. Also school holiday entertainment. Children can play whilst Mum and Dad can be pampered with massage, hair and beauty etc!!!
Bateau Bay Ten for pin bowling.
Hire a bike to cycle by the lake, hire kayaks, canoes or sailing. Fishing on Tuggerah Lake, or at the sea. A lovely new playground on the lake at Saltwater Creek.
Take a walk through the bush in Wyrrabalong National park up to Crackneck Point for fabulous views and whale watching in season.
Climb up the lighthouse at Nora Head.

If you are into good food then Mingara Club has noodle bar, excellent Chinese, modern Australian at Indigos, for your physical activity there is a recently opened new sports centre with gym facilities, Olympic swimming pool, hydrotherapy all just 5 mins drive away.

The Central Coast Leagues Club and Diggers Club 5 mins drive.
The Entrance with its many attractions, and pelican feeding at 3.30 daily, is a 5 min short drive. Great shopping (15 mins drive ) and movies at Westfield or Tuggerah Shopping centres.
Beautiful Yarramalong and Durralong valleys with horse riding etc, and the Hunter Valley for wine tasting for a day out.
If you enjoy art galleries there is The Gosford Regional Art Gallery and Japanese garden, and also worth a visit are the Ken Duncan and Neil Joseph Art Galleries on the way to Erina.

Ideal retreat for study groups or your small committee meeting. Or just escape and write"that book"!

Several groups of our guests have been from church/schools. They enjoy our facilities which easily accommodate mixed age groups for study or quiet retreat, with two separate living rooms.
Over winter, special rates are offered for short term lets from 2-8weeks.
