Both house and garden have been carefully designed for enjoyment, with an emphasis on Mediterranean-style al fresco living. Cosy log fire and patio heater make for perfect winter getaways. Retreat to a quiet corner of the house or garden with a good book or spend a romantic evening wining, dining and listening to music with friends. The main garden is enclosed and has both a large lawn , shaded in summer by a magnificent willow tree and paved areas under grape vines. The balance of the 1.5 acres of land is more informal with many mature trees adding to the privacy and shelter while allowing plenty of space for parking and other activities.

Main House has 4 bedrooms sleeping up to 13 people and can be rented separately, or with The Barn offering 2 additional bedrooms sleeping up to 7 people.

COFFIN BAY - INFORMATION
Coffin Bay situated 45km west of Port Lincoln is surrounded by National Parks and enclosed waterways. It is renowned for its fishing, easily accessible surf beaches and local seafood (in season) It provides a range of activities and various options for eating out.
