Domaine de Granit includes several cottages, a detached house "La Source" and other cottages flats in the manor house where the owners sometimes reside, "Le Granit", a magnificent residence dating from the early 20th century. The Domaine de Granit includes a park of 1.6 hectares, open to tenants. The residence has been qualified as a "remarkable architectural building" by the commune of Plainfaing.

The supply of sheets, towels, tea towels and the preparation of beds before arrival is optional. Please contact Flo and Alex at the time of booking.

Nestled in a one and a half hectare estate protected by a perimeter wall, we offer a 380 m2 cottage on two levels (190 m2 each) plus a basement in complete independence. The cottage consists of a single house that can accommodate from 6 to 15 people.

On the ground floor, a ramp for disabled access opens onto a bedroom and a shower room adapted for disabled people.
The cottage of La Source is equipped with a semi-professional kitchen, a dining room with a monks' table, a large living room with a fireplace.

On the first floor, 14 or 15 beds (7 bedrooms) maximum are waiting for you, arranged in islands, each with its own bathroom and toilet.

At 300m, the village offers a bakery, café and grocery shop.

Walks and the forest are close by; downhill and cross-country ski trails await you in winter.

Dogs can be accepted on request and after written agreement of the owner for a fee of 30 euros (additional cleaning caused by the hair of our friends) They are not accepted in the bedrooms at all times.

Die zwei großen Aufenthaltsräume haben uns sehr gut gefallen.Die Zimmeraufteilung ist super.Es war kaum möglich, die Zimmer richtig aufzuheizen.Der Schimmel in einigen Zimmern hat uns sehr gestört.

L'accueil par Floriane et Alex a été très sympa à notre arrivée, les 2 bouteilles dans le frigo offertes par le propriétaire ont été appréciées (nous les en remercions), le gite grand et spacieux ,bien chauffé a permis à chacun de se sentir à l'aise.Tout ce qu'il fallait pour la cuisine également . Für Großfamilie optimal

Das Haus bietet viel Platz für die Großfamilie. Mit 4 separaten Flügeln kann man sich jede Familie gut zurückziehen. Die Duschen und Bettdecken dreckig bzw. schimmelig. Einzelne Tapeten lösten sich von der Wand. Der Hobbyraum im Keller war sehr dreckig, feucht und kalt. Das Wohnzimmer bietet viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Küche ist etwas dürftig, aber ausreichend ausgestattet. Der Backofen hat nicht sehr gut funktioniert.

Schöne Unterkunft für Motorradgruppe

Schönes goßes und geräumiges Haus mit ausreichend Parkplätzen. Gute ruhige Lage. Entgegen der Angebotsbeschreibung gab es anstatt nur einer gleich sieben Toiletten. Einzelne Sanitäreinrichtungen sind überholungsbedürftig. Ideal für Gruppen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

agréable séjour pour un groupe de 15

Séjour très agréable dans cette grande maison, très bien équipée. On ne se marche pas dessus, la cuisine est très fonctionnelle, à 15 autour de la table il y avait de la place pour tout le monde, le vaste salon a été très apprécié. A l'étage, les chambres réparties dans 4 espaces depuis un palier central avec des portes intermédiaires et une salle de bain pour maximum 4 personnes évitent toute promiscuité. toilettes et lavabo au rez de chaussée très pratique pour ne pas avoir à remonter à l'étage. On a hâte de revenir en été pour ne pas avoir à se soucier du chauffage et pouvoir profiter des extérieurs. Même si la météo ne nous a pas permis d'utiliser la terrasse cela a été une agréable surprise de constater que la route qui passe devant la terrasse est en fait la route privative qui mène à la propriété et qu'il n'y a pas le fait aucune circulation. Merci à Floriane qui s'est montrée très arrangeante et disponible.

Schöne Sylvester Woche

Wir waren mit 14 Personen in diesem geräumigen Haus untergebracht, und es war für unsere Zwecke sehr geeignet. Viel Platz, große Küche und eine lange Tischreihe zum verweilen. Etwas rustikal eingerichtet, aber alles in allem bestens für so eine Woche geeignet.
