This New Architecturally Designed Home nestled on a 3 acres natural bush block, provides a great secluded hideaway, yet less than 2km from the centre of Dunsborough. The house offers a huge open plan central living area with quality furnishings throughout, large deck with views through the trees to Geographe Bay. Ideal for two families.

Accommodation

This fully furnished 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom and 2 separate toilets house, comfortably accommodates 12 people, with 2 queen sized beds, 2 double bunks (double bed, with single above) and 2 singles beds.
Facilities include:-

* Full kitchen facilities including cutlery, crockery, microwave and dishwasher.

* Laundry equipped with automatic washing machine and ironing facilities.

* Bedrooms supplied with doonas and pillows (no linen).

* 2 TVs, 2 VCRs and Hi-Fi.

* Heating by wood fire.

* Cooled by overhead fans in all rooms.
