TWO NIGHT MINIMUM CHARGE COVERING 2 PERSONS.
Three Night Minimum for Public Holidays & L\'weekends.

ACCOMMODATION CHARGE : $380.00 per night.
($760.00 minimum charge)

Additional Nights - 3rd or 4th - $180.00 per night.

If you don\'t want to cook, we can arrange a delivery of a lunch or an evening meal right to the wharf. in replying to your enquiry there will be a list of essential items to assist you in cooking.

The CBD is only 1 1/2 hours total travelling time away ! .

So close to Sydney - why not spoil yourself for that special occasion - you\'re worth it !.

JUST THE RIVER - THE BUSH & YOU.

The area is a paradise for bird watchers - from the large Sea Eagle having a wingspan of around 2m - to tiny Wrens, rare Firetails & King Parrots. The Flora has numerous types of Ferns & Rock Orchids through to the much larger Cabbage Tree Palms.

Interesting Bush Walks abound on the property - mostly on marked trails with great Lookouts over the river.

If not bush walking, why not rent a \"tinnie\" & visit the HUB -\"centre of the universe\" - the village of Spencer, or just explore the nearby creeks - Mangrove Creek - Pumpkin Creek - Marramarra Creek - Berowra Waters or the wreck of the HMS Parramatta.

\"Tinnies\" may be hired through Hawkesbury Taxis who also would provide your Watertaxi transfer enquire on .

There is an 18 metre Pool available for you to use.

Once you are here there is :-
24 hours/7days service on call - just minutes away.

Should you like lots of other people in close proximity to you - this is not the place to stay !!!!!!.

Instructions on how to reach KANGAROO POINT - the boat launching, car parking & watertaxi pick up location would be given on confirmation of your booking.

HOUSE RULES

No vessel to be moored to the wharf without prior advice.
No Smoking inside - outside only with great consideration for the Bush Fire danger - at all times.
