Shade sails too if you need them. Plus a sunken outdoor spa in the decking for 6. The house sits very high in the trees with views over the bay.
Upstairs is the main bedroom with a luxury pillow top king size bed and a double shower ensuite with a spa bath. There is also another bedroom with a Queen bed and a 3rd bedroom with double bunks, TV and a study/desk area. 2nd bathroom. Each bedroom has it's own TV. 2 bathrooms are upstairs.
On the ground floor you will find a private self contained Apartment with 2 Queen beds plus a a TV & DVD. There is a spacious shower and en suite toilet. The kitchen has a stove, fridge & freezer. A Huge table & benches sit outside in the garden. Double carport under the main house.
