A Luxury Private Haven on the hillside. Just a short walk to the township of Rye & faboulous bay beaches. 4 bedroom house with great views looking over Rye Pier to Sorrento. Open plan design areas. The Lounge has a TV, DVD, VCR and a surround sound stereo system. Sunken Dining area for 8 guests. Kitchen with a large fridge & freezer plus everything needed to make a great gourmet feast. Onto the Deck from the Dining area are a table & chairs to enjoy the views over the bayside beach and a gourmet size gas bbq and heater for those long lunches or cooler nights. Shade sails too if you need them. Plus a sunken outdoor spa in the decking for 6. The house sits very high in the trees with views over the water in the bay.
Upstairs is the main bedroom with a king size bed and a double shower ensuite with a spa bath. There is also another bedroom with a Queen bed and a 3rd bedroom with 2 single day beds, TV and a study/desk area. 2nd bathroom. Each bedroom has it's own TV. 2 bathrooms are upstairs.
On the ground floor you will find a private self contained Apartment with 1 Queen bed plus a a TV & DVD. There is a spacious shower and en suite toilet. The kitchen has a stove, fridge & freezer. A Huge table & benches sit outside in the garden. Double carport under the main house and turn around space to go down the steep driveway. Not fenced and on a steep site so not suitable for children under 12 and no play areas.

The house is on a very steep driveway so is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. The elderly may find the driveway more than a hill climb!! This is a very private luxury style home but not for the faint hearted !!! If you have energy left you can always try out the exercise bike on the landing near the bedrooms or take a short walk to the Tyrone bay beach. Get someone to pick you up for the walk back uphill. !!!

The Mornington Peninsula has the magic of the bayside beach, sandy ocean beaches and the hinterland all within 15 minutes drive of each other. You can find some of the best wineries in Australia, great craft shops and markets, dolphin swims, horse riding, bicycle tracks, maze gardens, magical views, spa centres, historical sites & heritage buildings, National Parks and great cafes, bistros, wine bars and restaurants. There are many festivals here too.
On the water there is sailing, fishing and scuba diving plus other water activities. Take a walk under the Rye Pier to see our very unique & rare sea horses. Or simply go for a swim with the dolphins in the bay.
