Beautiful riverfront location. Well furnished and equipped with everything needed for a self sufficient holiday. Very peaceful surroundings on the edge of a small village. Picturesque and relaxing.

Nice and clean

Nice and clean house. Nice spot at the Tarn. A lot of birds. You can fish, canoe or row. Owners are very kind. Surroundings good for cycling (race). We did visit Albi which is a very interesting and cosy city. Also Cordes is a must go (steep streets).

An exceptional gite, with kind and helpful owners.

This is a stunning property with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The reality is even more impressive than the photos! Marssac sur Tarn is only a short walk away with three small supermarkets, a bar-restuarant, an excellent butcher, bakeries, and a wine merchant among others. So, if you're looking for a quiet retreat in a welcoming small town, you don't actually need to venture very far at all. The owners were also extremely helpful and friendly. We forgot to bring bed linen but they were able to provide this. They even gave us a lift from the train station on arrival! The gite and owners were both perfect. I would suggest though that the 500 euro damage deposit payable on arrival is made clearer in the advert. Whilst this is a commonplace practice in France, it may not be expected by overseas visitors. It didn't present an issue for us and was refunded very promptly at the end of our stay, but it could present an issue for someone who is not expecting it and doesn't have banking on their smartphone for instance.

L'emplacement, le confort et le cachet certain de cette maison, au bord du tarn, en font indubitablement un "MUST" . la présence du Tarn , qui coule paisiblement, est véritablement apaisante, le paysage invite à la paresse et a la contemplation : seule déception pour nous, ne pas avoir pu sejourner une semaine de plus. Un grand merci aux charmants propriétaires qui nous ont accueilli dans ce lieu rare, et exceptionnel

Magnifique petit havre de tranquillité au bord du Tarn.Décoration intérieure soignée. Bien équipée pour cuisiner, plusieurs endroits pour manger à l’extérieur. Nous avons vraiment apprécié cette maison qui est réellement les pieds dans l'eau. Quel plaisir de pouvoir faire un tour de barque et de canoé très facilement. Nous avons dîné dehors en profitant de la vue sur le Tarn. La maison est tout confort, propre et le voisinage très calme ! La communication a été très fluide et sympathique avec les propriétaires. Nous recommandons chaudement !

Location conforme aux photos (voire plus). Un accueil et une communication avec les propriétaires des plus gentils et prévenants. Un effet waouh en faisant notre entrée dans le gîte, où il ne manque rien. Une vue et accès au Tarn comme l’on avait jamais vu. Il y a un canoë et une barque à disposition afin de jouer les explorateurs sur l’eau. Un havre de paix le matin ! De beaux couchers de soleil le soir ! Si vous êtes pêcheurs c’est un lieu pour vous ! Bref… allez-y sans hésiter !!!

Séjour dans le TARN

Nous avons été très bien reçus, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, la maison a un charme fou, nous avons passé une semaine absolument charmante, c'est un endroit apaisant, le soir dîner sur la terrasse en face du tarn, avec ce calme c'était vraiment agréable. Je recommande fortement pour ceux qui recherche un endroit apaisant et plain de charme.
