This elegantly designed beach house has been beautifully modernised without losing the character of the original beachside cottage. A cute facade welcomes you inside to the spacious, well designed luxury interior.

4 double bedrooms; 3 with queen pillow-top mattresses and a kids bedroom with single bed and a bunk (double bed on bottom, single on top).

2 modern bathrooms, one with a fantastic walk in shower room accessible straight off the back deck making those arrivals home from the beach a cynch!

The Kitchen is pure luxury with European appliances including a SMEG fully automated integrated coffee machine for cafe style coffees without leaving the house. Large SMEG dishwasher and an enourmous Gas Upright Cooker means you can cater for the masses. The owners love to cook so there is a great array of cooking facilities and utensils and plenty of plates and crockery for up to 12 people.

The beautiful open plan Kitchen-Living area is perfect for entertaining and for the whole family to relax. Sit down for a long dinner party at the long dining table or dine Al Fresco at the opulent Teak out door setting with modern gas BBQ (plumbed in to the mains-gas supply so you will never run out of gas).

This house has been designed with Summer in mind, ceiling fans abound and the entire back of the house opens up with receeding doors and bifold windows giving full views of the beautiful back garden with loads of space for the kids to play on the lovely grass yard.

Patonga has an umatched combination of a gentle river and calm seas right next to each other- the choice is yours.

The river provides safe swimming environment for kids with a fantastic big sand bar at the mouth of the river or you can pop across to the beautiful crescent shaped beach with views past Lion Island and Barranjoey Light House to the Pacific Ocean.

For the dog lovers Patonga Beach is a rarity as a leash free beach making for a fantastic weekend for the best friend of the family!

Both the river and Beach are a level 50metre walk with virtually no traffic in Patonga as it is set deep inside a National Park.
