The new East-West tram stops right outside the apartment, giving direct connections to Nice Centre and the Airport. The minimum stay in this property is 4 nights. This property has a lift, but please note that there is a small flight of stairs at entrance level and again when you exit the lift on the 6th floor. There is also a flight of stairs in the apartment from the 6th to the brand new 7th floor Penthouse bedroom (see video tour of this new floor in the photos below).

Incredible stay-we didn’t want to leave! Best part of Nice to stay in. Easy to get everywhere, lovely to watch boats go in and out of harbor, great dining just below apartment and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

We absolutely loved staying here. The view was to die for, watching yachts dock was fascinating and sunrise and sunset were beautiful. The apartment was spotless and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for eating in. The location was very convenient for restaurants, bakeries, tram and train.

Beautiful penthouse in a fantastic location to access Old Nice and many restaurants. Easy access to bus and tram. Caution if you are not able to stairs, otherwise we would highly recommend.

Wonderful location!!!

The location was better than expected! Unit was super clean, views were awesome and being able to walk downstairs to a ton of restaurants/bars was AWESOME! The check-in process having to be in person was a bit cumbersome, but the local person who met us was very nice and very thorough with the explanations on all of the systems. Loved the area and would highly recommend!

This is a great apartment exactly as depicted on the website. The communication with both the owner and the agent was very good and a detailed document with useful information about the apartment and local services was provided a few days prior to our holiday. The location is perfect with direct tram link to the airport and into the old town just 2 minutes walk away. Lovely views over the harbour and a short (15 minute) walk to the train station where you can catch a train to take you East or West along the coast. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to friends.

Lovely Christmas holiday

This was our second time staying in Chris's penthouse and it was as lovely as ever (if a bit cooler than when we visited in September 2021). The apartment is comfortable, the views from the balcony delightful. Location is convenient, with the tram just below. Lots of good restaurants in walking distance.

Great location at the Port

This apartment was great for 4 adults and a 16 month old! Took the tram from Nice airport and it is located at the last stop. You can walk or tram almost anywhere. Highly recommended especially if you don’t want to rent a car. Communication was no problem with host. Highly recommend!

Fabulous apartment and location

The communication from the moment I enquired about the apartment until we arrived was exceptional. The host and their representative were very friendly, timely and informative. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and in a fantastic location near the tram stop. There were plenty of shops, restaurants and bars within a short walking distance. The balcony was ideal to sit on at night watching the world go by. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a fantastic base in Nice, with great facilities and amenities.

Fabulous apartment overlooking Nice marina

This apartment is in a prime location with fantastic views of the port in one direction and the mountains in the other. It was very well appointed with everything we needed and was close to restaurants, supermarkets, old town Nice and the Promenade des Anglais-all within walking distance. There are lots of transportation options so we made bus trips to Monaco, Villefranche sur Mer and Eze which were all very accessible plus the tram was great to get to and from the airport. I highly recommend this apartment.

Great sea views, convenient/clean penthouse

Our family had a very enjoyable stay at this penthouse apartment. The daily views of the sea were a highlight. Convenient to old city, beach, public transportation (all in walking distance). Very spacious and clean for 4 adults and 1 child. Washer/dryer was a plus. There were a few steps at the entry and at the top to get to the penthouse unit (as noted in the listing), but very manageable. Would definitely stay again on a future trip to Nice!

Location and view superb, Property manager good to deal with. Air conditioning in upstairs a real issue, has to sleep in the lounge on last two nights. Also toilet seat not present, and one wine glass broken

Gorgeous view, terrible beds. Floor was dirty

Mixed feelings. The view is so nice it can seem silly to complain. But the apartment has 3 single beds, one portable one and a pullout couch. None of which are comfortable. We slept on the floor 3 of 4 nights. In addition, the owner charged me an additional 175 Euros upon arrival for his property managements fees and then another 59 because my flight arrived in the evening.

Perfect place to stay in Nice

The two-story apartment was perfect for our travel group of 6 offering everything you need to sleep and live and some amenities like tech equipment for washing, dishwashing, TV, wifi, heating/cooling and coffee making. 3 bathrooms mean no morning congestion and you are quickly seated at the breakfast table or balcony with the perfect view on the Nice harbor. Bakery and supermarket are around the corner, as well as bus and streetcar stops. A small elevator makes it easy to return to the 6th floor (only a few steps left) A wide variety of nice restaurants are right outside the door, yet not noisy at night (at least in October) as the bedrooms face out the back. The furnishings offer everything you need, relying on open shelving instead of stuffy closets. The apartment is very well maintained and super clean. The communication on site went smoothly, the answers to questions in advance always came promptly. Our request for an early check-in was met without complications, the handovers ran absolutely on time. The perfect location for the perfect stay in Nice!

We had heating issues. And the flat was very cold, and the back up heating system in the living rooms did not work.Bedrooms on the main floor was like a freezer.Also 2nd floor bathroom needs a toilet paper holder.With international travels it would be nice if there were a few basic items left. We would have been happy to have this as a service.

This was our second visit to this apartment. It is in a great location with nearby transport links for trams, buses and taxis. The trams stop nearby and link straight to the airport. The view from the balcony over the port is fabulous. Kitchen is well equipped. The agent gives you access to the property and is easy to contact. Overall I would thoroughly recommend this property and we hope to return.

A really nice flat in a perfect location. Perfect view from the balcony. Close to the best restaurants. Connections to the airport, ferries and Monaco right on the doorstep. Perfectly air-conditioned. 3 bathrooms, plenty of sleeping options, large kitchen and washing machine with tumble dryer. The excellent communication with Chris deserves special mention. Thank you!

Why they chose this property

I wanted a property that made you feel that you were immediately on holiday, and with it's direct west facing views over the Port of Nice, it's a wonderful place to relax in in the evening and watch the sun set from the balcony.

What makes this property unique

As this Duplex Penthouse over the 6th and 7th floor is directly on the port, it offers un-interrupted stunning views of the port, sea and mountains behind Nice, and even on a bad weather day it feels like you're on holiday.
There is a very large lounge, and also an additional lounging area in the new top floor double bedroom with a second smart TV.
A new air-conditioning system has been fitted throughout the apartment in 2021 at the same time as the new double bedroom was created.
