3 Bedroom house with flat backyard fenced and with gates to keep little ones secure.
Large open plan full kitchen / lounge with separate eating area.
Main Bedroom - Double bed, single bed and cot.
2nd Bedroom - 1 set of bunks and 2 other single beds
3rd Bedroom - Double bed, 1 set of bunks.
Bathroom has bath with shower overhead. Separate vanity. Good pressure and hot water from shower. Separate Toilet, Laundry with washing machine. Coonara type fireplace.
Beauty of this house is that it is walking distance from the beach, shops, playground and tennis courts. There is a general store with supermarket items. There is also a cafe/fish & chip shop. There is about 30 km of surf beach to run along with the beach being voted by the Herald-Sun the safest surf beach for children in Victoria. Suitable for the 1-5 age groups with shallow water to paddle in and go out a bit further for the older boogyboarders or surfboarders.
Otherthan relaxing on the beach, you can visit Wilsons Promontory. Drive into Foster (20 minutes) for dinner at the Exchange Hotel or supermarket shopping supplies. (local IGA). Leongatha is about 40 minutes away. It is a larger town with movie theatre, safeway, specialty shops and restaurants.
