This spaceous double storey house is the ideal beach escape for the whole family and more!
The house features 5 bedrooms, the larger 3 each holding modern queen sized bedroom suites with posture-pedic mattress's- comfort's guaranteed not to be an issue!
2 other bedrooms hold 2+1 single beds with floor space.
It boasts a large fenced, sparkling inground pool out the front, an entertaining deck out the back and a versatile balcony on which to take in the breathtaking 180 degree ocean veiws!!
The house consists of a completely tiled bathroom, with jet operated SPA bath - perfect for relaxation or that romantic evening!
A gourmet kitchen complete with fridge/freezer, dishwasher and all the apparatus you could need to cook up that perfect meal.
Or, if cooking's not your idea of a holiday you're only a few minutes drive to Caves Beach take away shops, pubs, clubs and variety of restaurants or in true beach spirit - fish and chips!
The living room is comfortably furnished, with inclusions such as a TV and DVD/CD player, and is designed to take advantage of the spectacular scenery. There is a second TV and DVD/CD player in downstairs main room. Both TV has Digital box .
House also contains fully equipped laundry.
There is also 3 fixed and 2 portable electric heaters.
Situated less then a 2 minute walk from patrolled, Caves Beach and a 5 minute walk to Hams beach - (perfect for surfers!) This house screams location, location, location!
