A Delightful Retreat

The Mandurah Retreat is a lovely 3 bedroom, two storey town house with double carport. A private shady alfresco area with outdoor heated spa and gas barbeque ensures you can enjoy a relaxing stay without even leaving your townhouse.

For those who wish to venture out into the beautiful surrounds of Mandurah, this delightful townhouse is located at 3/2 Creery St, Dudley Park, just minutes from the magnificant Mandurah Estuary. With cinemas, cafes, shops, restaurants and a huge playground for the kids right around the corner, Mandurah Retreat is sure to be a relaxing break for any couple, family or group of friends.

The Retreat is clean, neat and very comfortable with all facilities for a self catered holiday. It has hot water, air-conditioning and gas heating with TV, DVD player and stereo in lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove and oven, micro-oven, all cooking utensils and a large refrigerator. The laundry (with a second toilet) has an automatic washing machine and clothes dryer. A clothesline and enclosed storage area are situated in the rear courtyard.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with beds for 6 people and a bathroom. A sofa bed (sleeping 2) is located in the downstairs lounge. A portacot and high chair are available upon request. Fresh linen (excluding beach towels) is supplied upon arrival.

Whether you wish to lounge about or play on the beach, visit the Performing Arts Centre or cinemas, cruise down the Estuary, lounge around sipping champagne in the spa, grab a milkshake on the strip or just lay back on the sofa for an afternoon nap, Mandurah Retreat caters for everyone. With plenty of room for the whole family or your friends, this townhouse is a neat, clean, comfortable and affordable way to enjoy this magnificent area.
