Description

The Beach Hut is the perfect "Romantic Getaway" where couples can spend a few days to relax and unwind. The unique beach-side setting provides you the freedom to do as little or as much as you like.

The Facts

It has an open plan lounge/dining/kitchenette area. The separate bedroom has a small seating area, a CD/radio/ipod-dock stereo system and a LCD-TV & DVD player.

The modern ensuite bathroom features a romantic double shower with ample water pressure so that 2 can shower at the same time.

The large deck is 5 meters from the beach and has 2 sun loungers, a small breakfast table with 2 chairs and a BBQ with side burner.

The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, single hot plate, sink, kettle & toaster.

Breakfast Provisions (Tea, Coffee, milk, cereal, bread, butter, jams, yogurt & fruit juice) are provided.

Access to The Beach Hut is via stone steps, which would be unsuitable for a wheelchair.

A typical day at the Bundeena Beach Hut.....

Wake up with birds singing and go for an early morning swim in the clear turquoise sea. After a nice warm shower, (The Hut has an additional outside hot/cold shower in the garden overlooking the sea), have a bite to eat and explore some of the fantastic walks in the Royal National Park.

For lunch, enjoy a BBQ on the deck with a glass of chilled wine. During the hot midday sun, read a magazine or book in the comfort of the air-conditioned bedroom or just laze on the sun lounges in the sun or shade on the deck.

In the afternoon, walk on the white sands of Gunya Beach and then pop into the local coffee shop, "The Manna" for coffee & cake.

After another refreshing swim, get ready for sundowners - best enjoyed on the large deck, which gives the impression you are on the sea.

Have a scrumptious dinner at the local restaurant, and a romantic moonlight walk on the beach.... .....later, let the soft sound of the waves gently lull you to sleep - ready for the next exciting day.

Most of all, RELAX - you have earned it !!

Even the driving rain and howling winds couldn't detract from a restful indulgent weekend, as we were able to snuggle up in bed and watch the wrath of Nature unfold through the floor to ceiling glass doors. Once the weather abated, a 5 metre stroll to the beach for a swim was embracing and delightful. We'll be back!"

It has amazing views of the beach just steps below, Just a short stroll to the RSL, cafe's and IGA. It was very well stocked and had everything that we needed to really make it a home away from home. The owner was so friendly and welcoming. Really is a little gem and we will be back for sure. Hopefully this time we might get a little more sunshine. :)"
