IT is a large country house, perfectly restored with respect to its original character. Situated in Mogliano, it lies within half an hour of both the Adriatic coast and the Sibillini mountain range and National Park. It stands at a very peaceful location surrounded by a large lawn. The house sleeps with 1 double room with en-suite bathroom 2 twin bedrooms of which one with en-suite bathroom and 2 triple bedrooms.There is a large swimming pool with wonderful views of the surrounding countryside.
Outside the house.: Surrounding the house is a large area of land, part of which comprises the lawn and fields, which are cultivated throughout the year.
Immediately around the house is an large garden with outside seating, sun chairs, umbrellas, a wood fire and BBQ for cooking, and an outside shower.

La grande bellezza

Difficile descrivere a parole la bellezza della location. Il casolare e' un mix di antica eleganza e rustiche tradizioni contadine. Tutto attorno: colline di oro giallo, girasoli ad ogni angolo. Plus: piscina & comunicazione super fluida con Michela, gentile e disponibile. Altamente consigliato per chi vuole perdersi in ottima compagnia lontano dalla giungla urbana / dalle spiaggie affollate.

Ruim huis dat opgeknapt moet worden

Ruim, autentiek vakantiehuis met fijn zwembad. Alle faciliteiten hebben onderhoud nodig: vaatwasser, biljart, tafelvoetbal kapot, kamers niet schoon. Iemand was in huis geweest tijdens afwezigheid. Geen WiFi, geen 4G bereik, erg afgelegen (dorp niet te lopen). Opknappen zou wonderen doen.

Schitterende omgeving en groot comfortabel huis.

Dit huis ligt midden in de (zonnebloem)velden, rustig een eind van de weg. Door de twee terrassen is er altijd een frisser plekje met schaduw en een briesje te vinden. Voldoende schaduw op het terrein , ook rond het zwembad en om de auto te parkeren. Het huis blijft redelijk fris als je de luiken dicht houdt overdag. Een groot voordeel dat er muggengaas is voor de vensters! Michela is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Toen enkele lampen niet werkten, kwam ze dit meteen oplossen. Wel jammer dat er geen wifi is dus je moet 4G gebruiken als je online wil.

una vacanza diversa ma pur sempre bella!

la signora che si occupa della proprietà molto gentile e disponibile! casa come da foto! casa immersa nel verde delle colline marchigiane. ideale per questo periodo di covid per poter stare con la propria famiglia e dedicare il nostro tempo a stare insieme. con comunqe la possibilità di fare tante attività inseme come giocare e pig pong giocare a biliardo e naturalmente una piscina enorme per vivere le belle giornate!

Schönes Haus in einer schönen Gegend

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage hier in Mogliano verbracht. Das Haus ist in der Realität schöner als auf den Fotos, so ist beispielsweise die Überdachung vorm Eingang eingegrünt. Michela hat sich um alles gekümmert und war ein sehr nette Gastgeberin. Die Umgebung hat viele schöne Kleinode zu bieten und ist noch nicht zu sehr vom Tourismus versaut. Das Meer ist auch nicht weit entfernt, ca. 25 Minuten...

We stayed in this charming and comfortable farmhouse for more than a week.The garden and pool were great, as were the sunflower fields and nature surrounding us.It was a relaxing holiday for our family and the region is just fantastic and has a lot to offer. Michela, our friendly host, made us feel really welcome and she was very helpful.

Lovely rural home perfect for a family holiday

Fantastically comfortable home for a holiday - better than the pictures! Nice big kitchen for meals, cosy TV area, billiards, table football, and comfortable rooms - and wonderful big pool. Very nice and quiet, totally surrounded by fields, so wonderfully tranquil. Perfect for the beach 25 minutes away, as well as for activities in the mountains such as horse riding and rafting. Very accommodating hostess who was on the end of the phone answering any request. Thanks for the stay!

The town is a small medioeval town , but really nice and I really would like to suggest to everybody living in big city to visit it. It is good for the health, because everybody here is calm and they do not feel the stress of the busy and crowded city. All around is nature, and the only sound you can hear is the birds' chirping,
