Description
This home has been completely renovated and has been meticulously presented to ensure your stay is clean and comfortable. It is bright and airy, freshly painted, has new floor tiles and carpet, split system air conditioning, leather lounge suite, TV with DVD player (with a small collection of DVD's) and stereo. The kitchen is fully equipped and the laundry has both washing machine and tumble dryer. Bathroom has a shower and bath and the toilet is separate. The backyard is fully fenced with an outdoor setting and gas BBQ. Plenty of off road parking available. Only a short walk to either the inlet or surf beach. This house is not available to young groups of people.

All beds and bedding are new, with clean protectors on all pillows, mattresses and doonas.
PLEASE SUPPLY YOUR OWN LINEN. (fitted sheets, doona covers, pillow slips, tea towels, bath and beach towels, face washers and bathmat)
Locality
Inverloch is a picturesque seaside town on the Bunerong Coast and offers a wide range of holiday experiences. Florida@Inverloch is only a 600m walk to the beautful inlet beach and a 20 minute walk to the surf beach. Town centre is oly 1.8km by road and a lovely half hour walk along the inlet beach. Safe swimming beaches in the waters of Andersons Inlet, patrolled surf beach, great walks and is only a short drive to many spectacular tourist attractions such as Eagles Nest , Shack Bay, Philip Island and the towns of Korumburra, Wonthaggi and Leongatha. You can take a look at the amazing world renowned 'Dinosaur Dreaming' site where you can take an organised tour. (February - March)
Enjoy fishing? - Rock, surf and river fishing at your fingertips. Or perhaps golf?- many close golf courses to choose from.
