The cottage is a refurbished original 1890's Miners Cottage with all the charm of its historic past & every comfort for your needs to have a perfect holiday.
LORNA is a self-contained wooden cottage & set in a lovely garden. Decorated with French influence charming ambiance, with every convenience offered to you. The house is elegant and also cosy warm ,so you can be totally comfortable & relaxed.
LORNA is just a stroll into the village in excellent location,close to all amenities (local restaurants, shops, transport). Just perfect to pop down for coffee.
ENJOY the GARDEN you will love the change of mountain air and the seasonal changes,winter with stark trees and coming into spring with bulbs & flushes of new growth.
Sleeps 4 people in 2 large bedrooms.One king size and the other queen.The house is best suited for couples.It is not suitable for very small children.
It has a fabulous kitchen which is a pleasure to use and has everything you need to cook & entertain.It has a vast stove & is fully equipped.
The dining room comfortably seats 8,so have your friends over for lunch or dinner.
Separate lounge with piano,television,DVD,that opens onto the garden.
Two bathrooms,main with lovely large bath & underfloor heating.The second includes laundry.
ALL linen is provided.
Central heating throughout the house.
Off street parking for at least 2 cars.

LORNA is IN AN EXCELLENT LOCATION is a short flat walk just a few minutes to Leura village & the train station.
If you want to sit a have a coffee or go for a elegant dinner there are many choices.

The village has such a wonderful mountain feel full of interesting things. Everyone will find something to take their fancy from fashion to ancient prints & maps.
You can also hop on the local tourist(one is free)bus that tours the mountains where you can stop off at any point.
Local sporting interests are hiking,mountains bikes ,canyoning for the adventurous,tennis,golf.
Leura town lovely village to stroll to just a few minutes walk from the house . The shops that cater for all interests, many cafes & great restaurants .
All four seasons can be seen in Leura the wintry cold of mid year always so popular time to be in the mountains. The spring with wonderful blossoms & gardens , summer when you can get a change from the hot coastal temperature And autumn with the stunning change of colour . Whenever you visit there is a great choice of activities & interest
Close to many activities , easy access to many wonderful bushwalks , golf course rock climbing, bike riding ,or just watch the magnificent views of the surrounding World Heritage Site .

All linen (top quality) & towels are supplied.
Kitchen is a delight for any cook with vast stove & everything you could possibly need.Basic cooking needs are supplied.
There is even a laundry with washer/dryer/board & iron.
The cottage is FULLY equipped to cater for all your needs all guest have been delighted with its charm & comforts.
PRICES ARE BASED ON BOOKING THE WHOLE COTTAGE & there WEEKEND discount price for a third night,SUNDAY,or if you wish Thursday depending on bookings.
