A 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom villa with, spacious living & dinning room, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction cooking, dishwasher, fridge and wine fridge), washing and drying machine and a private pool in a big garden including a grill. All bedrooms and living area have AC.

Lots of interesting things to do for every taste and interest : wine tasting, visit Grasse (world perfume capital), Cannes, Nice and Monaco or any other town of the Cote d’Azur, Gorge du Verdon, Lac the Saint-Cassin with lots of water-sport activities and lots more.

Very nice villa in the south of France - we stayed for 1 week during the summer and had an amazing time. As frequent travellers, we were impressed how well equipped the villa was - kitchen appliances and tableware, through entertainment, etc. The kids loved the pool and parents the possibility to watch them from the compfy terrace next to it.Only thing to keep in mind - one bedroom is directly facing the pool and gets quite warm without AC. The other 3 are upstairs and with AC.Host was very responsive and welcoming, reacted quickly and generous to additional requests.

House suited well for 6 persons not 8 during summer period:

It is a nice house, super pool with a really nice outdoor environment. Main issue with the house is that, I booked the house for 8 people, and one of the main criteria's was aircon in all bedrooms. One of the bedrooms i suppose are best described as conservatory, were the temperature due to sun, reaches 28 degree C before 8 o clock in the morning. Communication with the host started out well, where an action on an unclean pool got remedied right after me commenting on it - which was highly appreciated. Ther was some issues with an aircon system only working half and a running toilet, and communication suddenly got an character were it seemed like, it was more like documenting what to state in the portal, rather than helping me with a problem. As an example I was happy with that a few hours after me hinting on Sunday(Day after check in), that the pool was not clean, it got fixed. Am sure the host was informed, that it was clean from the cleaning company so not he`s fault (it was not cleaned). Later in the week in turned into that the pool was clean on my arrival, but due to heavy rainfall, it got dirty over night. I have to say that I did not notice any rainfall and me commenting the day after, was simply due to lack of time. Till now I still do not understand this communication style. We had a good vacation in the house anyway, and I can recommend it for 6 person. BR Frank Erik I

The house has been occupied before with 8 people without any problem so I want to apologise that it did not suite for your party. It is a pity that poor communication made it difficult to solve the issues you had : pool was cleaned on Saturday as confirmed by the caretaker (not the poolboy) and cleaned again on Sunday, the upstairs toilet works fine but takes some time to fill up with water and the airco unit which you informed was faulty was checked by the caretaker after your stay and works normal. From our side all was done to give you a good stay and again my apologies if not all was according to your expectations.
