Tastefully decorated two bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment including all the comforts of home will allow you to sit back and relax or explore the cosmopolitan lifestyle of Elwood. Shops and cafes are located literally at your door step whilst a short stroll will take you to the beach and surrounding parks. Alternatively, a short drive or bus trip will take you to the vibrant St Kilda to enjoy Sunday markets, restaurants and cafes or visit the iconic Luna Park.

Set on the first floor, your accommodation comprises entrance hall with study nook and wireless internet. Two double bedrooms with carpet and built-in robes - the master bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite whilst the second bedroom boasts a king size bed that can be split into two single beds if required. All beds and linen are of superior hotel quality and comfort to ensure you enjoy your stay. A port-a-cot is available to use, however we do ask guests to bring their own cot linen.

The main bathroom comprises shower over bath, toilet with full laundry washing and drying facilities located in a European style laundry.The ensuite bathroom comprises shower and toilet facilities.

The open plan living area includes fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave leading onto a modern dining area which can seat up to 6. The lounge room boasts a 32 inch flat screen TV with DVD, Foxtel (incl. sport) and stereo along with adequate heating and cooling facilities. Glass sliding doors from the lounge room lead you out to the balcony with BBQ cooking facilities.

Located 8km from Melbourne CBD, Elwood is a bayside suburb between St. Kilda and Brighton. Elwood Beaches is opposite Elsternwick golf course, literally around the corner from Elwood Village with its cafes and restaurants and is an easy walk to the beach, St. Kilda attractions, parks and gardens and public transport.

Off street, underground parking for 2 cars is included.

Pet Stays are welcome by arrangement.

Check in 2:00 pm; check out 11:00am. We are more than happy to be flexible on these times depending on other bookings at the time.

Minimum Stays:
We have a 5 night minimum for bookings made 1 month or more in advance and we will accept stays of 3 or 4 nights at our discretion within the month or if they join directly to another booking leaving no gaps in our calendar. Some peak periods attract longer minimum stays:
Spring Racing Carnival/Melbourne Cup: 7 nights
Christmas/New Year: 7 nights
Australian Open Tennis 2013: 7 nights
