The apartment Buganville is a few minutes walking from the beach of Gioiosa Marea, on the northern coast of Sicily. It has a bedroom, a living room with a sofa-bed for two, kitchen and bathroom. A terrace of 50sm is the best of the apartment. The kitchen is well equipped, in the terrace you can relax, eat al fresco or only admire the sunsets.
Gioiosa Marea is in a perfect position to visit several places in Sicily. Taormina, Cefalù, Nebrodi Mountains, Tindari, Aeolian Islands, the Natural Reserve of Marinello, Montalbano-Elicona (the most beautiful village in Italy 2015), can be visited in a daily trip.

Prachtig charmant appartement op een uitstekende locatie! Geweldig mooi uitzicht vanaf het enorme terras. Het appartement ligt in een rustige omgeving en Je wordt helemaal zen als je op het terras zit en over zee tuurt. De eigenaar onderhield heel goed contact en heeft ons voorzien van geweldig veel goede tips om uitstapjes te maken! Wel handig als je een auto hebt! Graag komen we hier terug!

Wir haben es sehr genossen, das Appartement hat den typisch sizilianischen Flair und die Aussicht ist sensationell.Die Vermieterin war sehr bemüht , uns Tipps für Ausflüge zu geben und war auch sofort da, wenn etwas nicht funktioniert hat. Uns hat der Aufenthalt dort sehr gut gefallen.

Ferienwohnung mit Meerblick

Die Lage ist sehr gut, besonders der Meerblick von der großen Terrasse. Die Wohnung würde ich trotzdem nicht noch einmal mieten. Das Haus ist ungepflegt und renovierungsbedürftig. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung mit alten Möbeln hat auf den 1. Blick Charme, aber es ist vieles kaputt und nicht funktional. Das Bett ist eine Katastrophe, ein altes wackeliges Gestell mi einer durchhängenden Matratze.

Delicious home

Una deliziosa bomboniera vista mare. La casa presenta tutti i comfort, il terrazzo spettacolare ma sicuramente ha bisogno di qualche miglioria. Una svecchiata generale non guasterebbe: la lavatrice rotta non è stata riparata, il phone si surriscaldava, fare la doccia voleva dire "allargare" il bagno. Piccole accortezze che renderebbero l'esperienza unica.

Schöner Aufenthalt in toller Umgebung

Gioiosa Marea liegt in einer sehr schönen Bucht mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Ein Auto ist hier dringend erforderlich. Von der tollen Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer und die Sonnenuntergänge sind einmalig. Die Wohnung ist groß und funktionell eingerichtet, aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden um selbst zu Kochen. Man sollte mal über eine Renovierung der Wohnung nachdenken und eventuell ein paar Möbelstücke (Sofa) austauschen. Wir haben uns trotzdem wohl gefühlt und 2 sehr schöne Wochen in Gioiosa Marea verbracht.Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war bei unserer Buchung sehr gut, wenn man alles berücksichtigt. Zu Fuß ist man in ca. 10 Minuten am Strand, der sehr schön ist und ein Supermarkt ist auch in nur wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Die Eltern der Vermieterin wohnen ebenfalls im Haus und sind jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit.

Cozy apartment, excellent view and a very sweet helpful host

Viewing the sunset
From the balcony on the other side, you can see the restaurant and almost the supermarket
The living room / sleeping arrangement for two people can be a double or two seperate beds as you wish 😊
The terrasse, enjoy the view in shade

Unfortunally I cannot meet this family directly but we kept in touch by wa. They are best guests, I hope to know them one day. They give water to the garden plants, took care of my terrace. It was a pleasure to host this family.
