With 4 bedrooms (1 x king, 1 x queen, 1 x double, 1 x 2 king singles), 2 bathrooms, 2 large indoor living areas and 2 large deck areas, the house caters for up to 8 people comfortably and is perfect for two families or 4 couples. Tastefully decorated with quality furnishings and well maintained, the house is fully equipped with everything you need including a European stainless steel & granite kitchen with dishwasher and microwave; There is a spa bath, 2 TVs, DVD, video, stereo, Foxtel, ADSL and ducted air conditioning. The landscaped yard is fully fenced with auto security gates, making it ideal for children, and a double lock up garage with remote door. Both decks are furnished and there is a gas BBQ.

The Wave House has beautiful ocean views from the front deck and is only a two minute flat walk to shops and cafes and the sheltered lagoon which is ideal for children. BYO linen except duvets and pillows which are provided or linen can be hired if necessary. This is a fabulous holiday house in a great location.

Small well behaved dogs will be considered, strictly by prior arrangement only.

Location

Located directly opposite Copacabana Beach which is between Avoca Beach & MacMasters Beach. It is a 90 minute easy drive north of the Sydney CBD.

Local Attractions

A very natural and unspoilt area with beautiful patrolled* beaches offering excellent fishing and surfing and a fresh water lagoon 2 minutes walk away. An abundance of bird life adds to the tranquility. Local shops cater for all the essentials including bakery, DVDs, bottle shop, newsagent, general store, cafes and take away. There are numerous restaurants, cafes and boutiques at Terrigal & Avoca a few minutes drive away as well as Avoca's famous Ritz cinema. Kincumber driving range is close by as is Terrigal Country Club for golfers.
