A gas barbecue is available for tenants.

The house is located in Calpe in the urbanization Maryvilla in a very quiet residential area.

Other Things to Note:
We accept only families with children or couples (minimum age 25 years). Groups with singles are not accepted. Small dog till 10 kg possible (minimum of age 1 year) - supplement of 20 €.

In the lower season its possible to rent only 1 apartment - the other apartment in this case is closed and nobody else live there.

Vue exceptionnelle

Très belle vue mais location loin de la mer, les jeunes ne pouvaient pas sortir à pieds le soir. Équipement rustique… Peut être faut-il préciser le nombres de marches pour les personnes ayant des difficultés (mobilité, problèmes cardiaques et enfants en bas âge…) Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec une piscine au top. On ne se lasse pas de la vue !
