Offering 2 more bedrooms (queen, 2 singles - singles can be pushed together to create a double bed), a larger and more impressive stone top kitchen with dishwasher, 2 big open plan living area's that captures elevated SEA VIEWS down the coast to SILVER SANDS. Big double sliding doors lead onto the 21sqm. tiled balcony( an ideal area for relaxing). ducted reverse cycle air conditioning, 3rd bathroom and a 3rd toilet.

Approximately 60 km from Adelaide (50 mins with the expressway) SELLICKS BEACH /SILVER SANDS BEACH have the added bonus of not only a picturesque setting but you can drive your car onto the beach.The convenience of packing and unpacking your boot makes a day at the beach more enjoyable.
The Mclaren Vale wineries,the Willunga markets and the award winning Victory Hotel are definately worth exploring.
Sellicks Beach is the last metropolitan beach heading down south and even though you feel "away from it all" you have the added protection of the coastal patrol plane patrolling the beach during summer
