IMPORTANT announcements concerning the Covid-19 pandemic: We make sure that our apartment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after every guest's departure. For this reason we leave our apartment empty for 24 HOURS between every departure and new arrival. In addition, in our apartment we provide you with plenty of face masks and disinfectants. We are also happy to inform you that in the Czech Republic (currently) face masks are only mandatory in stores and shops. Last but not least: If you book soon enough you have the opportunity to enjoy an almost tourist-free Prague!
And here is the description of the apartment: Our 2-bedroom apartment is 80 square metres big and comes with a spacious kitchen.
The apartment is situated in the city district of Vršovice, right next to a beautiful park. You can reach the city centre with public transportation very easily. The tram stop is a mere three- minute walk away and in fifteen minutes you reach the historic city centre of Prague. The subway station is also only a couple of minutes away.
The apartment is on the fourth floor. Tired after walking all day in beautiful Prague you can also use the lift. Up to five guests can stay in the apartment. One night for two guests costs 50 euros. Each additional guest pays 20 euros per night. Dogs, maximum two, are very welcome.

Having lived in Prague several years ourselves, we can give you many tips so that you can enjoy Prague like a true local!

Brilliant!

We have just left this apartment feeling very sad .... we have absolutely loved staying here ... and Prague. The apartment is well situated away from the madding crowds of tourists with great bars and cafes in the area ... we felt like locals as we embraced the neighbourhood bars! It is a short tram ride into the city centre ... we tried walking once, but don’t bother! The trams are easy to master. The apartment was clean, very well appointed and the check-in process was very straightforward. Gottfried responded promptly to all messages and sent great information. Definitely heed his advice re taxis ... we didn’t on our arrival into Prague and got completely ripped off ... we were even delivered to the wrong address! Our fault entirely! We then followed Gottfried’s sound advice ... and it worked perfectly! We would highly recommend this apartment for a true Prague experience.

Sehr schöne FeWo, ruhig und sauber, alles vorhanden, es könnte mehr Geschirr und Besteck (1 Kuchengabel) sein. Leider wurde unsere Ankunft vergessen, die Wohnung war ungereinigt und musste nach Telefonaten erst durch eine Ersatzperson aufbereitet werden, vor der Tür in der Kälte Wartezeit 45 min. Im Inserat steht kostenloser Parkplatz in der Charkowa, in der Buchungsbestätigung wird aber gesagt, das Parken dort nicht mehr erlaubt sei und es wurde auf einen kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz verwiesen. In der Küche ist eine Deckenlampe mit 6 Strahlern, davon sind 5 defekt, nur eine ca. 40W Lampe verbreitet Licht. Arbeiten kaum, lesen unmöglich. Die Heizung wird über ein externes Modul im Flur gesteuert, dieses misst eine ca. 10 Grad höhere Temperatur als tatsächlich mit der Folge, dass nicht geheizt wird, im Bad äußerst unangenehm. Abhilfe brachte das Modul zwischen Innen- und Außenfenster in der Toilette zu stellen. Ansonsten waren wir mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden, schöne weiche Badetücher, sehr gute Bettwäsche, gute Betten, gemütliches Wohnzimmer.

Very nice apartment

The apartment was very nice, comfortable and spacious. It is also very close to two tram stops. This makes transport very easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
