TV in two bedrooms and video in third with a selection of videos and dvd's and current magazines for your use. Separate bathroom and toilet. Bathroom has a separate shower and bath. Covered offstreet parking as well as sheltered walkway to house enable easy unloading of your car year round, whatever the weather.

A porta cot, high chair, change table, washing machine, dryer, microwave, dishwasher are all available for use as well as childrens videos, dvd's, books and toys. On request a Wii console and games is available [$80 bond required]
For you there are recent magazines, lounge chairs, a lakeside deck with 'day bed' , a BBQ and a fridge to keep drinks cold!

Thanks for a fantastic week. The house was so homely feeling and terrifically well-stocked - you really had thought of everything - so nice not to have to dash out for all the essentials. Most generous! What a view too - so pleasant to sit outside and survey the scene with a glass of wine perhaps! The children loved finding all the toys too.

My Mum and I stayed at lakes edge cottage for 5 nights from February 18th and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Over the course of 11 weeks in Australia we stayed in many houses and I can honestly say lakes edge was one of the best, so comfortable and well thought out. We would happily recommend it to others and if I visit Robe again with my husband I would happily stay there again.

Wow!! What a beautiful way to spend the winter... we stayed 3 nights and enjoyed every moment. Janet is the perfect hostess, and she made sure that we were set up for our holiday. We are very keen to get back soon!!

We just got back from a 3 day stay at Lakes Edge, Robe. My husband and I couldn't be happier with the service, accomodation and surroundings. Janet is a pleasure to meet and made us feel very welcome, and she really has thought of everything to make her guests feel at home and comfortable. The home and its surroundings are enchanting. The kitchen was well equiped, the main bed was comfortable,(nice sheets to).The view of the lake is lovely and intimate and we spent alot of the time on the back patio area just unwinding and enjoying the serenity of it all. There is also a number of really nice restuarants on the main street of Robe which is just a 2 minute drive away. I would recommend this place to couples and families. Especially families with adventurous kids who would like exploring the foresty area along the lakes edge.

Lakes Edges was so idyllic in January that my husband and I came bacl again for the March long weekend...... with two other couples in tow. They loved it too! Janet, the owner, has thought of everything and is very generous with what she provides.The location is perfect - secluded and with glorious view of the lake,yet quite close to the centre of Robe - just 10 minutes' walk from the cafes and beach, or 2 minutes by car. Thoroughly recommended!
