(Circa 1913) Behind the picket fence lies a charming 3 bedroom cottage steep in local history and offering stylish holiday accommodation.
Fantastic position, within easy walking distance to beach, Venus Bay village and playground.
The cottage has an open plan living area, which features original dado panelling, complemented by modern leather couches and decor. This adjoins the spacious light-filled kitchen/dining area complete with breakfast bar. With 3 large bedrooms the first two comprise queen beds, the third has 2 sets of single bunks making it perfect for the kids. Next to the kitchen a children's area has been set up complete with 'kiddies' table and chairs and toy box. If you want to bring the 'bubs' but not all the 'stuff' we also offer the complimentary use of a porta cot, high chair and pusher.
Features include fully equipped kitchen, microwave, LCD TV, DVD, stereo, heating in all rooms and separate laundry with washing machine.
Head outside to an undercover deck complete with BBQ and teak outdoor setting. The cottage is set on a fully fenced block (650 sq mtrs), which makes it perfect for families and a dog's paradise. Whether you want to spend a day on the beach, fly a kite in the backyard, or have a quiet relax on the deck, this one's for you.

Well behaved pets are welcome at the owner's discretion. The property is set on a large flat block giving pets plenty of room to run around and explore. It is fully fenced and pets are allowed inside (not on the furniture or in the bedrooms).
