This seven year old builders own home is the perfect place to enjoy the delights of the peninsula. St Andrews Beach is a small surfside community which is well-regarded for its natural unspoiled beauty.

Big enough for three families !

With five bedrooms, two bathrooms, five leisure spaces (including games room with pool table and separate TV room) there is a quiet spot for everyone in this house.
All of this on a huge bushy block with lots of adventures for the little ones.
The property sleeps sixteen people:
Bed 1: Queen
Bed 2: Double & Single
Bed 3: Double & Single
Bed 4: Queen & Two Singles
Bed 5: Four Singles

LINEN:
We always supply pillows, doonas, tea towels and bath mats.

Guests normally bring their own sheets (2 per bed), pillow cases and towels - although we can supply these items at additional charge (see below).

Please note that we do not supply beach towels.

When we set up this house we picked a location that would be close to Melbourne (90mins CBD) but that would feel like a world away.
The house has everything you need for a relaxing stay!

"We had a fantastic time at the St Andrew's house. A really big house, in great condition, located in a secluded area near the beach.... you can't ask for much more. My only advice would be to re-do the photo's on your website. They don't do justice to how good the house it. Maybe include a floor plan to show just how big the house is. Cheers."

"I stayed at the house with a group of friends for 'schoolies' and we absolutely loved the house. There's plenty of space and it's only a short walk down to an amazing beach, perfect for a swim or just to relax on the sand. Most of the things that we needed were already up at the house and the great range of in house movies along with the board games and sports equiptment ensured that there was never a dull moment. My friends and I loved the house and we will definitely be going back!!"
