This home is brilliant for family get together's or just getting away with friends, as there a bedrooms and bathrooms on two levels couples can have their own space. This home is situated on the lake at Budgewoi, our yard is fully fenced and the back of the home adjoins the nature reserve and lake.
The balcony offers fantastic views to relax with a glass of wine and some nibbles. There is a 10 seat outdoor table and a lounge area with plenty of room to relax in comfort.
This Trilevel house is in a great location within walking distance to the beach, local shops, restaurants and cafes. The walking path leads you all the way to buff point, where you can take in the wonderful views and wildlife.
Upstairs there is 1 Queen bedroom, 1 Double bedroom and 1 double/single bunk bed, 1 bathroom, TV entertaining room with a huge lounge as well as the gorgeous balcony.
Downstairs we have 1 queen bedroom, 1 bathrooms, lounge area and a relaxing reading nook, there is a veranda with a 8 seater outdoor setting and BBQ area.
The middle level has the kitchen/dining area an additional bathroom and laundry. The house is approximately one and a half hours drive from Sydney and only 45 minutes to the fabulous Hunter Valley, perfect for a day trip to winery country.
Pets are welcome but can not be taken into the house. All pets must stay outside for the duration of the stay.

The house was ideal for the 7 of us (5 adults, 2 children) that had travelled to attend a family wedding. There was certainly plenty of room and nothing was lacking!! It was very clean and comfortable, good quality bedding,towels,plenty of hot water etc. Great position - backing onto the lake, but also easy walking to local shops in one direction and to restaurants, pub etc in the other direction (the small fish and chip shop was the winner!!! The calamari - YUM!) Walking path around the lake and short drive to beaches etc -Very nice! Thankyou!

Wow, what a fantastic house to have a getaway in!!!! Felt relaxed within 10 minutes of arriving. So much space and so perfectly situated. Very relaxing and loved being able to watch the kids fish and swim just out the front. Will definately be coming back soon and will be recommending it to friends.

The property was more than we expected... Was perfect for 2 families of 4. Wonderfully presented and such a pleasant spot. Easy to find and everything you need close by. Very comfortable and relaxing. Would definitely stay there again.

The house is perfectly situated to relax and look at the lake - it feels like you are in the treetops.
We had a fantastic weekend and all commented that it would be easy to spend an entire week there.
The house had everything we needed - there was not a single thing we could think of that we could have wanted that wasn't there. Thank you!

My family of 5 adults, 2 children, a baby and a puppy stayed over during the Christmas weekend. The place was huge, more than enough rooms for all of us. We had a wonderful time there, even though it rained on and off during that period. Thanks you for the Christmas gifts. We were wonderfully surprised. We had relaxing walks around the lake and wish we could fish. There was an enclosed backyard which was perfect for our puppy. It was a fairly short drive to beaches, The Entrance, Newcastle and Gosford.
