4 star holiday house in Long Beach. 30m from the beach across the backyard. 6 person outdoor spa. 106cm LCD TV with surround sound and 150 DVDs. Good views upstairs, open plan living, deck & stainless steel BBQ. 7 mins to Batemans Bay. No pets please. Sleeps 8 adults + 1 baby. We supply complimentary portacot, high chair, play pen, baby bath and stair gate, kids beach toys, boogie boards and games.

Sandcastle has high quality furnishings & a gourmet kitchen with everything that opens and shuts. It features an open plan living area upstairs which is tastefully decorated along with an airconditioner and heatingfor your added comfort.

Downstairs has 3 bedrooms. Two with queen size beds and the third with a trilogy bed (double bed with a single bunk above) plus a single fold out bed. The main bedroom has an ensuite and there is a separate full bathroom downstairs. Each bedroom has its own pedestal fan and oil heater. There is an extra toilet upstairs as well.

Enjoy BBQs on the sunny deck with good ocean views. The view from the deck is water & trees just like the photo! The beach is just across your backyard with some great fishing spots. Long Beach is perfect for children as the sea is generally calm with gentle waves. Rock pools at either end of the beach are perfect for exploring.

Linen hire is available but not included - $20.00 per person - or free if booked three months in advance. We supply quilts, quilt covers and pillows, so you'll only need sheets and towels if you bring your own.

Check in after 2pm, check out by 10am, or by arrangement.

COMPLIMENTARY hamper on arrival - freshly ground coffee, chocolates, wine and home-made jam to start your stay with us! Fresh milk and tea in the kitchen, and often there will be freshly baked bread waiting for you too!
