Located on the cliffs above the new marina on Bruce Road, Waters Edge is a tranquil holiday home positioned amongst a beautifully landscaped garden with stunning marina and bay views This lovingly maintained property can only be described as ‘a home away from home’. Positioned within two minutes drive from Mount Martha beach and just above the new marina this home consists of four large bedrooms, two living areas, a billiard room, an enormous sun deck with breath taking views, a well equipped kitchen with dining room and an outdoor entertainment area. Two bedrooms are furnished with queen size beds, one is furnished with a queen size bed and a single bed while the fourth bedroom is furnished with a pair of bunk beds ideally suited for five younger adults, comfortably sleeping twelve persons in total. One living area is also equipped with a sofa bed. The large secluded garden, outdoor area, pool and billiards room will ensure that everyone will be well catered for during your stay.

Waters Edge is located in a highly residential area, in a quiet neighbourhood. Hence it is paramount that no excessive noise is made especially outdoors.
