Kuta Utara villa rentals

We had the most incredible stay! Leanne was so helpful and responsive! We can’t wait to come back. We especially loved the delicious dinner, our only regret is that we didn’t book in more of those- the pork and chicken were incredible. The kids loved all the activities, there were so many little touches that made the stay great! Thank you so much!

Villa is as it looks in the pictures it’s a great space for a family. The bedrooms are all excellent sizes with nice bathrooms. Lots of nearby restaurants, coffee spots and spas to choose from.We were there in rainy season which did make the open living space very hot and humid. This area would benefit greatly from a couple of ceiling fans. There are two pedestal fans but they make little impact in such a big area.

This villa was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. Having 2 rooms and a separate living area, with the most beautiful pool, and incredible staff looking after us, was exactly what we needed to come home to, after busy days in Seminyak. Thank you!

We live in Bali for a total of 3 months out of the year and know how hard it can be to find a place that looks the same in reality as the photos. This place is perfect. Every aspect. The WIFI is great. It's in our favourite neighbourhood. Really clean and Putu is the loveliest cleaner. Somehow really quiet even though your super close to everything you want. Beautiful big living area that is indoors and protects you from mosquitoes at night but has lots of light from windows and big glass doors for relaxing in the day. Really nice wooden furniture. The manager, Amanda was super helpful and responsive and went out of her way to help. The garden is so nice to wake up to and chill on the beanbags by the pool and look at the palm trees. We used the kitchen a lot and it has everything you need if you want to cook meals. We stayed for 1 month and we felt sad to leave. Thanks so much Stephanie!

Our stay at Villa Seniman has been great. The villa is exactly as the photos show. The bedrooms are huge and comfortable and the living space has everything you need. It is shaded throughout the day making it nice and cool for relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped but you are in easy walking distance to many restaurants. The beach to is close to walk to and has great surf. The villa is cleaned daily. I would recommend staying here and can't wait for our return. Thanks for having us!
