It is a big privately owned 4 bedroom executive home with large garden and dream like poolside entertainment area which is best suited to a family or a group of up to 8 friends.

It has a VERY private tropical pool with built in diving board. It has 4 bedrooms - all with aircon and plenty of space. An enormous gourmet kitchen, 2 luxurious bathrooms and a stunning swimming pool set in a beautiful tropical garden, with uninterrupted 270 panoramic ocean views. Beautiful wooden doors made of silky oak grace the house throughout.

We are a leisurely 5 minute drive to legendry Palm Cove beach, yet it is set amidst tropical rainforest with no near neibours to disturb your peace and tranquility. The luxurious White House is a unique privately owned luxury residence standing on 1 acre of grounds set amongst lush lawns, tropical fruit and vegetation with a rainforest backdrop and breathtaking 270 degree panoramic ocean views. The White House in Palm Cove provides a private house from which to relax and enjoy all aspects of our casual North Queensland lifestyle. Enjoy a glass of wine - or have a barbecue at the poolside entertainment area. The swimming pool also houses a built in diving board and is surrounded by a tropical garden where the local multicoloured lorikeets fly around and singtheir hearts out!

The White House in Palm Cove is on 2 levels.
It is a really enormous house with a HUGE open plan living area that boasts wooden and glass bifolding doors that open out to lush gardens and ocean views. This area is NOT air conditioned since it is designed as an indoor outdoor living area where the elevated position and mountainside breezes keep the house cool even on the hottest summer days.
The bedrooms ALL have Air-conditioning.

Our 4 large Bedrooms, are all beautifully newly decorated and have large double doors with ocean views and every one opens out onto the verandah. They are all light and airy spacious rooms. All rooms have a ceiling fan, wardrobe and air- conditioning.

We can honestly say that you will enjoy the best stay at The White House - your Palm Cove haven in the Tropics
Pamper yourself in the newly refurbished luxury Master Bedroom. It has a large ensuite with spa bath and beautiful black granite vanity unit top. The Master bedroom has a King size bed, with a very large his and hers built in robe and double door with open out to face Double Island and the Coral Sea.

The other 3 large bedrooms are all very spacious and all have built in robes or wardrobe. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have Queen size beds and the 4th Bedroom contains 2 single beds ( bunk style).


The 2nd bathroom / shower is very large and luxurious. It features Italian Travertine floor and wall tiles and beautiful Italian marble vanity. There is a large storage vanity and a semi frameless shower screen.

The kitchen is a chefs dream come true. It has long breakfast bar/ worktop with granite tops and SS cooktop, so the chef can cook and converse with friends at the same time.soverlooks the sea. There is also a granite servery which opens to the side verandah and poolside area. The servery is a good place as seating for a drink at the bar. All the usual stainless steel modern appliances are included.

The indoor living area is a spacious 120 sq metres (approx) and includes the lounge/ TV area and an adjoining room which is used as a children's playroom.


There is a separate laundry downstairs with washing machine and internal clothesline. Clothes dry very quickly in our climate so there is no need to hang them outside or use a dryer.

There is ample secure garage parking for 3 cars at the front of the house with remote control access and entry directly into the main part of the house.

The house is very cool and comfortable as it is tiled throughout for cool tropical living.

We are just 1.4 kms from Palm Cove beach and restaurants and less than 1km to the Clifton Beach shopping centre. Everything you need is all within easy distance including shops, beaches, buses and local attractions.
