Just 10 minutes walk from the beach and attractions with supermarket just a few minutes away. Fully furnished to a high standard with full self catering facilities. please note my apartment has an android box for your uk tv and free wi fi.

Lovely stay at Fiona's apartment. Everything great for self catering. There is building work going on next door, but we soon got used to it and wasn't a problem. Very close to shopping (Lidl) and the sea front.

Clean apartment has everything you need but needs updating furniture is a little old and not very comfortable. Complex is clean and pool area spacious sun beds are provided. Apartment balcony is north facing so no sun.We had a 4 week stay would recommend for a shorter stay this apartment is ok and would suit couples looking for a quiet break

Thanks for your review, the apartment is more of a holiday rental than long let. The furniture is functional and clean. There are balconies on either side so you can catch the sun anytime of the day plus a large pool area with all day sunshine as long as the sun is out

Fantastic location, plus everything you could need within the apartment for a self catering holiday. Complex is very quiet and most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. The communication with the owner was first class and Fiona even allowed us to stay later on our departure day, because we had a late flight. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Great holiday home.

Great little apartment in a great location. Perfect for a quiet, relaxing holiday. The apartment has everything you need and is in easy walking distance to beach, supermarkets, shops and restaurants. The accommodation was spotless, and has a great little pool. Owners were very helpful and were a phone call away if anything was needed. I will definitely use again.

If only you had raised the bedding being an issue, we could have resolved this for you immediately. The apartment does have more than basic facilities, as it includes full english TV, Free private wifi and free air conditioning, which is at the price point of 325 demonstrates good value for money. The property is about 10 mins walk to strip,the apartment is a nice size and has everything you need for self catering holiday,we ate out most of the time,.The complex is lovely very quiet day and night,the pool nice size . We would definitely use again Fiona was there to let us in and advise us on where supermarkets were

There was no host there thing was done by email and after getting up to a construction sight and listening to it from 7.30am to 6.30pm every day I think that is why they didn’t show up. I even looked for alternative accommodation it was that bad and the dust was everywhere. There was nothing on the app telling you about it.

The apartment had everything u need. Plenty of kitchen utensils. Cooker with oven and microwave. British channels on the TV. Beds were comfy. Bath and shower provided. Loads of hot water, towels, bedding. Everything u need for a great week away. Quiet area. Will be back again.

Great Apartment and Complex

Complex was so quiet and well maintained. The apartment was perfect for a self catering holiday. Everything we needed was in it. A nice bonus was getting the beds changed half way through our stay. It is quite far up the hill so a bit of a climb back from all the shops and restaurants. Plenty of taxis around if needed though. Fiona and Andrea were great, any questions were answered quickly. Would stay again

Apartment was as described, everything ok until work began on improving downstairs apartment. Owner had not been infiormed about this.. The noise of heavy drilling etc went on for almost the duration of our stay. The owner gave us compensation & there was nothing she could otherwise do about it as it is a residential complex.The "sunbeds" are well past their sell by date & badly need replacing. Still we enjoyed our stay.still fortokHowever

Just what we needed!!!

The apartment has everything you need to make it home from home. Both Fiona and Andrea are very nice and very helpful and always contactable if anything goes wrong. The sunbeds on the balcony are a great idea if you don't fancy lounging round the pool in the courtyard. The complex is very quiet. The only downside for us was the pool isn't heated so we didn't take a dip very often 😩 Overall though we had a great relaxing time for the 2 weeks and would recommend the apartment to anyone. Very clean and well looked after. Thankyou

Un appartement simple mais pratique dans une résidence très mignonne . Très très bien situé par rapport aux commerces aux plages et à l'île en générale . Rue calme . Échanges avec la propriétaire très faciles et cordiaux. Des matelas un peu mous pour les personnes sensibles .En tout cas c'est un très très bon rapport qualité prix.

My name is Fiona I am a full time housewife with a busy family life, luckily my mum lives in Lanzarote and takes care of the apartment for me! She is retired now, so has plenty of time to ensure the apartment is just right and that you have a great stay which is problem free. I have owned the apartment now since 2006 and it is maintained to a high standard with a full decoration each year to ensure it is kept to a good standard. I insist on a cleaner for short stays where some owners try to cut costs by not having a weekly clean. This I feel is important as we can check for any broken items and replace if needed or be around to answer any questions that you may have! My mum is very knowledge about the island as she has lived in Lanzarote for over 20 years
